The staff are efficient and courteous. However, the pickup location for the shuttle has changed. Now it's at the international departure shuttle waiting area, no need to go underground.

Counter staff took a while to get the car they seemed unorganized I had to wait 45 mins while my car was being “cleaned” even though my pickup was supposed to be 10am.

I found Nisha on the counter extremely polite, helpful and always smiling. She was very very helpful and knowledgeable. WELL DONE NISHA

Staff were lazy. Had to wait a long time to pick up the car. Not sure if the owner is Indian, but all the staff are. They were lazy and unreliable.

No Chinese service.

They tried to charge me for smoking in the car of $150. Problem is I do not smoke!!

Car was good, line up at pick up was very long, vehicles were not available. It took me close to 2-3 hrs for pick up

routes staff are not honest,,my wife unfortunately forgotten her wallet when we returned car,,no body informed us infact they denied for 2 days,and when we threatens for police complains they suddenly found the wallet and that too given us when we reach there office. worse thiings they have stollen the money from the wallet..dishonest people

They do not treat customers as their top priority and do not provide convenience. In most places around the world, airport car rentals offer 24/7 service. Car rentals at the airport should allow customers to pick up cars whenever they arrive, considering possible flight delays, customs procedures, and baggage claim delays. Communication between the car rental company and the rental platform needs to be improved!

Long time for pick up car to collect from terminal, car was not ready when we arrived. Staff were very helpful though! Dropping off was a breeze and driver to airport was amazing!

The counter staff was great through the process. The new location is closer to the airport viscount station, so the shuttle service is fairly quick. New location is bright, open, and features free wifi...

This is my sixth or seventh time renting through Easyrentcars and the process has been flawless as always.

i expected to be given a wreck for the price I was paying, so was stunned to receive a Nissan Rogue with only 2900km on it.

it would be great if you offerred collision damage waiver at a reasonable cost. The daily rate rental car companies charge equates to about $8,000 a year for insurance,

Routes staff were very helpful. One piece of feedback is about winter tires and chains, it didnt come up in the conversation during pick up and turned out they are required by law in many areas of British Colombia during winter. Not having them results in fines, Would be good for the staff to highlight this. OR for the Easyrent website to also highlight this and offer it as an option.

Took a little while to be picked up. Drop off service was excellent.

Everyone at counter and shuttle were all very nice and helpful. The only small thing was that with the cold conditions the car was washed and there was much ice buildup in the wheels. I needed to pull over and break ice from wheels then everything was ok.

Booking worked well, price seemed good and didn't have the price drop to where the price was adjusted.

As a car rental service, i believe the car rental service should be offered on a 24/7 basis. I had to return the car at 5:30am on 31/12/2019 before they opened shop and had to pay almost CAD20 to UBER to get back to the airport. Not cool at all.

pls consider doing a 24/7 service.

I got a pleasant surprise by getting a free upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler. Only thing was the customer staff member at the pick up time was in a bad mood that day.
