The wait time to the car was over 2,5 hours I did not get Cabrio despite I prepaid 100% I was invited to get cheaper car for same money The insurance I was offered costed more than the rent

Confusing with insurance purchased through easy rent cars but then when we arrived Sicily By car said this did not cover them and tried to get us to purchase additional insurance

Long queue at pick up. Instruction on pick up location in Milan airport could be more detailed .

Was disappointed that the car rental had been cancelled as our flight was 2 hours late, lady was quite helpful but we did end up paying more for a different car (I think this is a trick they use). On a positive note, they did speak english

The rental counter was a bit slow

Shocking service. Had to wait an hour and a half on pick up which was pretty much the same amount of time to fly there. Staff were rude and not very helpful. Would never use again

The staff were very pleasant and everyone spoke English. There was definitely pressure to spend more money at the desk (for insurance, car upgrade, etc.), but that is not unusual. Very pleased that we were able to drive to Switzerland, France and Monaco with no extra fees. We booked a "Fiat 500 or similar" and got a fairly new Fiat Panda.

Excellent platform. The Price Drop Protector automatically re-booked us for a lower price, which was a nice surprise. But more importantly, this is the only platform I have found that provides clear information on insurance as well as cross-border travel fees.

Terrible experience at check-in including incorrect information provided about driving on toll roads resulting in fees of over 150 euro.

The car parking in Sarandë at the port is chaos. It is not allowed to drive in to the port, so I have to park my rental car illegaal before the port terminal, then bag the police if I could park for a couple of minuts, then run to the desk to find a Sicily by car representative (who offer immediate assistance to drop-off the car). It was very stressy!!

I have change the contract a couple of times for a better deal without any problems.

Despite available reserved models in the parking lot, they refused to provide them and demanded an extra upgrade.

Booked a large car but got two smaller ones last minute. Increased fuel and parking costs, and most importantly, no one to share the driving made it very tiring.

We waited for nearly an hour at the counter to be served. Our friends that booked via other companies were long gone by time we got ours. The man behind the counter was very unhelpful. We had booked a car and were unaware you couldn’t pay the deposit on a debit card or a credit card in the name of one of the passengers (main driver does not own one). He was unwilling to call a manager out only option was to cancel it loosing our inital payment or to pay an additional €199! This should be made clear when booking!

Booking was very easy. Activated price drop detector but seems I booked it on cheapest date as it increased by 4 times the amount in the end!

We have Booked BMW X5 because of Large Boot space, at arrival the Counter person without informing us gave us a different brand vehicle. our luggage was unable to fit in the boot so we went back to the counter which is 600 meters walking distance from the pickup location. when informed them of luggage issue they are not even able to communicate in English and are so rude that it seems like we are hiring the vehicle without paying them. Neither they offered us an alternate vehicle nor they were willing to refund us the payment. counter lady was so rude that she didn't even let us talk to the manager. even after accepting the offered car the Tyre worn out and they charged us for it. we spended more than 3 hours at the counter to get the vehicle. even representative from rental car approached supplier to come up with a solution but still there was no positive gesture from rental counter. Sicily needs to change these kind of staff and hire some professional people who are atleast able to speak basic English and able to understand clients requirement.
