An hour and a half wait was not what we needed sadly.

The car I ordered was an automatic SUV..... the car I was given was an automatic Fiat 500!!!!! Sicily by car didn't even own any automatic SUV cars!!!!!!! Service was appalling, waited 2.5 hours to collect the car in a massive queue as their process was highly inefficient, other car rental companies were serving people within 5 mins. It was obscene. I'm currently in contact with them to get a refund as I didn't get the car I paid for and they told me to "contact my intermediary" shocking service. I would give them 0 for customer service if I could.

It took ages to collect the car, staff was rude and constantly try to cross sell and up sell other insurance package and car upgrade etc.

They are perfect.

obligation de reprendre un assurance sinon ils ne me laissaient pas prendre la voiture. une carte master card qui n est soit disant non compatible. l histoire m a coutée 85€ de plus que prévue.

The car was as expected however the service was possibly the best i have received throughout Europe. Simple , efficient and friendly.

We scheduled a pickup time, but there were no cars available when we arrived and we had to wait for over an hour.

Travelling with 11 months baby, we booked a safety baby seat, but when we got the car no seat was in the car! And none was available , horrible how can we travel without the seat? And it's also mandory in many countries you can be arrested as your baby is not safe in car without safety seat. Horrible experience we ended up running in mall before closing get one and back to airport to take the baby and mum. Of course when I return the car I left it with the new safety baby chair. Horrible experience

Good the auto rebooking walked well

I had to rent a bigger car because no vehicle was available from the pre-booked category. Small car fits better on narrow streets in Italy. It's OK for me, I'm a rally competitor, but an inexperienced driver would have had trouble with the SUV in historical old towns.

There was a technical mistake on the rental platform: am and pm were interchanged. Time before noon was shortened to pm and am was afternoon. Otherwise I had good experiences with Easyrentcars.com

The car was old with 80.000km and not cleaned at all. I was offered to wait 40 minutes to have the car cleaned or go back to the counter and queue again to get a different car. The counter staff was not friendly and only told me after choosing a car for me, that there was another vehicle available.

The pickup process was excruciating with a very kong wait. Literally no other company had queues as long as Sicily By Car. There were 3 reps working but with all the attempts to up sell on car type and size, insurance, accessories, etc, it took 4 times as long to check out. By the time we made it to the counter I just wanted our car so we could begin our holiday. After check out, everything with the car went fine.

I had an amazing good deal with pick up at one location and return at another for cheap price. counter service was poor since there was only 1 person on a weekend day at the main station, so we waited 1 hour, but ok they upgraded me and gave me an amazing car with only few scratches. Highly recommended - but be aware of the fine print in the contract

I booked the car for 7:30 AM, my husband and I arrived at the pickup point at 7:15, but the staff was not present. We had to wait for an extra 30 minutes, which affected our next schedule. Additionally, I completed the online check-in information on the rental platform the day before, which claimed to eliminate the need for filling out forms in person. However, at the location, I was still required to fill out the same information, wasting our time!

Un accueil déplorable. Un manque de respect que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs (je loue des véhicules 2X/an depuis 15 ans). A la réception comme au retour on se fiche de vous et on vous traite comme un chien ! et je suis gentil... Je pourrais écrire une page entière sur mes déboires avec les employés de cette compagnie. L'employé au guichet ne vous écoute pas et après "3h30" d'explications (avec un enfant en bas âge), l'employé devant l'évidence doit admettre qu'il s'est trompé mais il ne s'excuse pas et à même l'air agacé ! Entre temps, il a même été prendre sa pause (30 minutes) et vous laisse poireauté sans vous prévenir... Et pour le retour du véhicule (avec une légère griffe), on vous demande le paiement d'une somme sans aucun justificatif alors qu'une caution a été bloquée. Je demande des explications, la personne me dit : "non" et me tourne le dos. Incroyable du jamais vu... Lamentable tout simplement ! Fuyez malheureux...

Impeccable

First car was cancelled by the rental car company after a few days and I had to go back on the website and find another one. They had offered a replacement but at twice the price. Found another myself for a better deal.

Horrible. Zero customer service. Reeked of cigarettes. Didn’t have a car for us and kept our money. Awful experience.

Very very hard to find return counter at FCO. Check in process was great but return process was hell. I tried to call the support phone numbers but no answer.

The entire pickup process was appalling. The ticketing system in place doesn't work (people push, miss their numbers and return later) and we had to wait for well over 2 hours past our pick up time. One of the staff members was also quite rude (although the lady who eventually served us was fine). Each customer took so long to deal with - they really need to modify the collection process.

Car was not that good technical condition

The clerk at the counter told me that they didn't have my vehicle category available, so they gave me a smaller car. The car was dirty on the inside.

Un surcoût de 44e a mon arrivée soit disant pour une arrivée après 23h....alors que j'étais au comptoir avant et que le temps de passer il était 23h35...mais ce surcout non prévu et non annoncé est une honte totale et inadmissible...je ne recommande pas cette prise d'otage.
