I returned a rental car sunday morning and I am waiting for the repayment of the diposit. I am wondering when will it be effected. Also, I need to be given the repayment of a pneumatic as I was informed that it would be done when I returned the car.

il n'y avait pas le modele que nous avions demandé (en fait ils n'ont pas de voiture allemande...) et ils nous proposaient un modele plus petit (une captur, est plus petite qu'une golf)... on a dû rajouter des sous pour louer la gamme sup (jeep renagade on a mis 2h a récuperer notre voiture! donc nous ne passerons plus jamais par eux

Car was in good state and easy to find. Return was easy BUT we had to wait 1h40m to collect our car. Staff at the desk were extremely helpful and kind, but two people can hardly deal with twenty customers in a reasonable time. And I understand it is always like this in the evening. The counter is seriously understaffed.

1. The vehicle return process was made exceptionally painful and time consuming in that (a) Pisa airport signage is very poor in terms of guiding you to the car rental return location; and (b) the SicilybyCar return process out in 30C + heat was manned by only one very willing but very very overwhelmed staff member. Tempers were seriously frayed and I’m not sure how the staff member in question was able to remain calm under intense verbal pressure. 2. Found out at check in that the excess elimination insurance that I bought worked in an unusual way in That I would have to pay Sicily by Car up to €1600 and then reclaim that somehow or other from Easyrentcar or the insurer direct. This should be brought out in BOLD type in your terms and conditions as it is most unusual in my frequent experience of renting vehicles

Great team on teh desk. Gave me a new car and upgraded me. Really great service.

All good apart from th annoyance of having to print out a voucher that I didn't need anyway. It would be better if you could confirm that the voucher was not needed or can be stored on the app/phone.

1st of all the car I booked was BMW X5, what I got was VW Tiguan. no way they are similar. At the counter there were many customers for the 2 staff available at that time. they were good but we had to wait about an a hour to get the car. also I paid for full coverage insurance, yet they charged me again for CDW and Theft Waiver.

I think the word similar should state what are the similar cars to the mentioned one, so we are aware of what can be expected.

We had to wait 3 hours in the line at the airport. Chaos, people almost fighting at the desk. Wanted to charge extra insurance. Did not get the car we wanted.

No under underpowered car. Model poor

Easy enough to use but the on airport off airport collection not always obvious

If they give a vehicle which the customer wish for i will recommend it. BUT!!!!! I still DO NOT ACCEPT the fact that i preferred DISEL vehicle and at the end I hired a GAS car as similar. I give you an example: Online my choice was VW Polo but on side i hired OPEL KARL. That is ridicules!!!!!! They are not similar even as an engine!!!!

The booking platform is perfect I give you 10 of 10 I will always use it without any doubt. Thank you :)

Habíamos reservado un coche a recoger en el aeropuerto de Catania. Al llegar al mostrador, había una cola tremenda y, aún teniendo la reserva, tuvimos que coger "número" para ser atendidos. Preguntamos por nuestro turno al staff de SilicyByCar y contestaron con burla "see you tomorrow"... Finalmente, tras esperar durante 3,5h y más de 80 turnos, pudimos coger el coche. Respecto al coche, excelente, nuevo y limpio. El drop off del coche, en otro mostrador que el de recogida, fue fácil y rápido.

La web muy bien, fácil e inuitiva. Recomendamos coger el seguro del coche desde la web de Easyrentcars dado que en el mostrador de SicilyByCar es más caro.

pick up process in need of upgrading, car overall o.K.

Staff was helpful but I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before reaching the desk as there were about 8 people before and the procedure was taking 20 minutes per customer. Also I was told I was upgraded but the car was only 1.0, I was expecting a more powerful car.

everything smooth, will use it again

car was dirty, customer service staff was rude both at pick up and drop off. they spoke badly with us. the car was in poor mechanical condition

Pick up at Rome Airport took over an hour. I had already booked and paid for car,so should have been much quicker process

There was a fairly long wait but when we were seen it was quick and efficient and friendly

Easy to use

The whole episode was a failure to provide the car I had booked and paid for . Please remove them from your provider list. Whilst enduring the hard sell I was left with the bank details of the previous customer right in front of me. There were scanned copies of their passport , credit card and driving licence - all of this legible and easy to copy or take a photo. An absolute shambolic agency.

Locating the Sicily By Car desk was easy. The member of staff dealt with us quickly and efficiently. There was no hard sell of insurances although the various excesses and what was and wasn't covered were clearly explained. The car it's self was quite new, but with over 50k km on the clock, had its fair share of small dings and scrapes which were accurately recorded. The car it's-self could have been slightly cleaner, but could in no way be described as dirty. The return process was simple and straightforward. We added no damage to the car and there was no dispute about this. Overall, I'd have no hesitation in using Sicily By Car again or recommending their service.

Terrible experience. They gave us a worse car for more money because they had given away the car we wanted. When we returned the car, they claimed that the door lock was damaged by someone trying to break into the car and without my permission charged me a 500 EUR deposit.
