Car, staff and value for money all excellent. Far too long to get the car-1.5 hours is unacceptable in my opinion.

Yes all was good.

I waited for. Bit but no longer than is normal, and they seemed to be expecting me which was good. The paperwork took a bit of getting through I felt compared with hires i have had overseas. other than that the staff were helpful, customer oriented and accommodating. One thing, and this is a constant gripe of mine - can booing platforms and car hirers get a grip over the ‘additional’ insurances’ - just other wrap it all up in the initial cost and be truthful about it, or leave it out and stop trying to frighten people in to buying an expensive addition so that commission can be made.

Didn’t get the car we booked. Waited more than 45 minutes to get a different car. Counter staff scared us into buying insurance. Guy who handed over the car just gave the keys. He didn’t show operations of the car. He didn’t show mileage recorded. Fuel gauge was @ 75% mark. When complained, I was informed that in this car this is max. But when I returned the car, the indicator went to full. I have been cheated for more than 10 pounds of fuel. Didn’t offer to drop to waverly station.

Even thou our pick up at the airport was late, the driver was courteous and helpful. The girl at the counter when we came to the office was very helpful too. She told us it is mandatory to get insurance but we showed her that we already got insurance when we booked the car. Overall, the experience in picking up our car was very good.

It took me 3 hours to find the locating and pickup my car. And the worst is when I dropped off my car, it took ages to finish the process. The bus shuttle is not convinient. It took 30 minutes to arrive. I ended up taking taxi and paid £20 as I almost my train. It is ripping off. They charged me £135 for stonechip. Avoid this company. And also pay more money and don’t choose Airport rental company. Trust me it is not worth it.

Everything was good except I confused it with E-Z at the airport and waited in line there for over 15 min. to find out I was in the wrong place ... my fault; not yours.

Was really impress with the friendly pickup driver. He was so friendly. So nice to meet a smiling face when you arrive at the airport.

Slow at picking up car, had to wait in a queue and then wait whilst electricity went down for 10 mins (daily occurrence) and then wait for car to be washed. Had to pay £260 for a small scratch on door which had occurred through a stone strike.

I waited almost 2 hours to get my car once I got to the pickup location. Also, you are now trying to hold my $250 deposit for 2 weeks. I returned the car in the same condition with an extra quarter tank of gas and couldn't even get anyone to give me any paperwork to verify time, car condition and check out.

Waited for a long time, every customer in front of us was having issues...this is a terrible business and you will get ripped off

The car was quite dented. I took a video before using it so that I had proof if there was any dispute over the damage. being attributed to me. I only did 67 miles int he car and found I had to put 3 gallons into it at the end when clearly it couldn't have been a full petrol tank. A Toyota Aygo will do more than 23 miles to the gallon.

After being at the counter for nearly 20 minutes and being told that I could not use my company card which had my name on it to pay for the car, and going back and forth as to why I had to use my personal credit card, the lady finally ran my company card only to (of course) find out that the car had already been paid for and that payment could be processed on the card. In the middle of this experience, I asked the lady to cancel my reservation and was told that I could do it online that she would not do it for me (even though no one was waiting in line to do so). Upon walking away and reviewing my reservation, I learned that at 9:30am it was 30 minutes past the time that I could cancel - so I went back up to the desk where it seemed obvious that she knew I wouldn't get the money back should I have canceled. She then proceeded for at least ten minutes to talk me into buying insurance, which I already have but of course according to her it wouldn't be enough should I have an accident. After calling my insurance company to confirm, of course I had the coverage needed to deal with any accident issues. She then proceeded to try to talk me into buying a Sunpass because she said I'd spend more than $60 going to Orlando. Which I didn't, I spent $10 for the entire trip. Lastly, I was told that because I was going to Orlando that I didn't have unlimited miles as my email confirmation said, I had 150 miles per day and that I should have read through the terms and conditions. How about Easirent ask a question through the reservation process about where the destination is and let people know about the mileage cap on the front end instead of just saying it'll be 89 cents per mile extra now that a person cannot cancel the reservation. All in all, I was incredibly frustrated with the process, as were the three people standing in line upon my return to the company window. Two of the three couples canceled their reservation at the window due to their own frustration. Never again.

I booked a compact car and no compact cars where available, so instead of giving me an upgrade they downgraded me to a smaller car. The attendant who Checked me out wasn’t friendly and he didn’t even apologize for Downgrading me and giving me a car cheaper than what I paid for

Registration attendant was rude and very pushy. Used fear tactics to intimidate clients to purchase excessive insurance. Did not give us clear directions as to where the car was on the lot. He seemed disgruntled due to the fact that we did not use his upgrades. Not good business. I am a seasoned business traveler and will not use your rental agency again. When we received the car the interior windows were dirty and parking tickets from your last client were still in the window.

The rep Rashad was excellent it was obvious that they are under staff and they need two reps. at all times he was apologetic and did his to keep customers calm

More customer service rep Rashad was there alone and had to get rentals and service customers ...He worked alone most of the time....That us too much for one person and it creates tension

Lousy and rude customer service. Got a lousy pick up truck instead of 7 seater SUV. Insurance is expensive. Overall a scam! Will never ever rent from Easirent!
