Overall okay, but the cross-border fee was very expensive.

First, there were only one or two people at the rental counter, so the waiting time was quite long. I was the fourth in line and waited for over an hour. Second, the various service charges during the process were annoying (more mentioned in other reviews). After charging me a 1400 EUR deposit for vehicle damages, I saw the car I was renting, which was covered in scratches. I immediately took a full video of the car (see attachment), went back to the counter, and the staff said that the video was not acceptable, they needed photos (deliberate difficulty?). So, I took photos and argued with her for a long time. Finally, she reluctantly noted the scratches on my rental agreement and stamped it. Third, after completing the paperwork, I found out that I wasn't given the car model I reserved. They insisted that I accept a smaller Kia. If I disagreed, the only option was a manual car, or I had to wait until an automatic one was available, with no clear time frame. There was no apology whatsoever, even though they knowingly downgraded my car model. This was deceitful! Fourth, the car key had a low battery, and on the fifth day, we had to press the key against the start button to start the car. We needed to search for a Kia store to replace the battery since the car couldn't start with the key. You can imagine my panic! I don't even want to mention my feelings further. Overall, highly not recommended!!

The service was decent. The rental car company is not located inside the airport, but they provide shuttle service. The main issue was the long wait time to pick up the car due to the large number of people.

Efficient service, booking can be held for free for 12 hours. If you can't pick up the car at the agreed time, you can collect it within 12 hours.

This was my first time using this rental company and also my first time renting an electric car. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service. Charging the car in Portugal was very inconvenient, and the rental company told me I needed to download a charging app.

The experience was excellent, although there were quite a few people in line to pick up the car. Everything was explained clearly, the car was very new with only a little over two thousand kilometers. They suggested we add insurance, but they let it go when we insisted. Returning the car was simple, no need to clean the car as long as the tank was full. Overall, very satisfied! Will choose this rental company again next time in Spain.

Then I saw a staff member talking to two customers, apparently about not being able to use debit cards or Amex. After a long wait, he finally spoke to me but didn't help with my luggage. The rental point was very far away, and there was only one staff member, so I had to wait a long time to get the car. Returning the car was even more exaggerated, with another long wait. The shuttle bus took a long time to arrive and was full, so I had to wait even longer. If you're in a hurry, avoid this company. Additionally, if you return the car at night, be extra cautious as the route to the return point is very desolate and scary.

Also, if you are returning the car at night, be very careful. The navigation to this return location goes through a very desolate area, which is very scary.

This is my second time renting from this location, and it was smoother this time.

It was okay, I rented from them again later for a few more days. The car I got was covered in scratches, probably because it was due for repairs, but I insisted on using the Lynk & Co 01 that I'm used to. Extending the rental wasn't very convenient, as you have to apply and wait for a long time to communicate. Additionally, due to language issues, English proficiency is limited in many countries, so it's best to avoid needing any in-person communication. The fuel deposit the rental company charges is also quite confusing.
