the counter service was very poor and slow. instructions were bad. over charged me for items already covered by the rental agreement. the car was very dirty and full of scratches
Car was better than I had booked, so top marks there.
Fell foul of the fuel policy (fuel to empty, but only used half a tank). Drop off at Corvera airport is not good; difficult to find office and where should car be parked? Car not checked on return.
Like: Good basic price, good vehicle, great staff, short waits Dislike: Not your fault, but was disappointed that the price was doubled because I am 70, in spite of over 50 years no claims!
The hidden fees were not as expected, and quite disappointing. Additional service fees and holds on a credit card seem to be extreme. A credit report check or something less related to almost $1,000 in holding fees is too large - even if they are typically returned. The parking details in the specific area were not as clear as well.
