Car was ok. Wait time for collection wholey unacceptable, oven an hour as only one staff working.

The 1 member of staff was very friendly, however waiting time was unacceptable due to there ONLY being 1 member of staff.

Given lower category of car and no one cared. Staff didn't care and were not helpful in sorting out our problems. Car dirty. Terrible car to drive.

Easyrentcars is vert good. But not firefly.

Counter staff very helpful, especially when we discovered pre-existing damage that they hadn't noted. No queue to pick up or drop back.

Did charge me extra 100 euro , as said at the counter for petrol deposit. Did not return it in spite of me returning car with full tank. Did get old yaris instead of vw up!

The staff were excellent, condition of car great and excellent value for money! Only comment I'd make is some guidance on the car itself would have been good - we struggled with the built in sat nav. We could have gone back to the counter and asked but as I had my own one with me we just used that.

Price drop did work!

We upgraded our car for $100 extra and it was perfect. Our car was quite new so had quite a few new modern features which we enjoyed testing as we did a 4 hour road trip. The guy at the counter was super friendly and very helpful.

Booking was simple and fast. I prefer booking everything on line and this was a breeze.

The seller Fooled us by saying if you take the full insurance you pay 108 but basic insurance you pay 48 . But in the end I paid both ! No one helped me with that but I’ll make sure of speeding my experience to everyone I know ! This was SCAM

Nice car. Nice customer service. Everything was smooth and easy. Quick pick up and drop off from the airport with their van.

Very good. It exceeds the expectations. Just try to highlights more your partners in order to save time. Personnaly in my case, I lost quite some time before I figure out that hertz was your representative company in Australia. Great business none the less.

I pre-booked and pre-paid for a mid size car (Ford Fusion)a number of months in advance and was told when I arrived that you only had a compact car available (VW Polo). This car would not fit my family and suit cases, so I had to argue with your representative for 15 minutes before finally getting a Renault Captur. It caused a lot of stress and resulted in a bad start to my holiday

2 personnes au guichet pour 10 personnes qui attendent. rien de bien mechant. accueil courtois et assez pro meme si un peu trop insistant sur la vente d'assurance. mais voiture (captur) dans un état lamentable, sieges sales, carrosserie rayée, et surtout freins sur les disques, donc voiture vraiment dangereuse. avec seulement 44K au compteur ca fait beaucoup. pourtant habitué de firefly je n'avais pas eu de gros soucis avec eux. ce qui m'a le plus gené c'est l'explication du resp d'agence qui m'explique que les voitures ne sont pas cheres et qu'ils ne facturent plus le nottoyage...cela explique des voitures sales et en mauvais état mecanique.

Très bien seul point négatif , la clim ne fonctionnait pas et malheureusement pour moi c’était en période de canicule. A part cela rien a dire

Very smooth rental, very friendly staff, upgraded to a bigger car, very quick picking up and dropping off, easy to find, all round splendid!

Another great booking, price drop lowered the rental again, fantastic!
