The rented car was larger than expected. It was supposed to be a 5-seater, but they provided a 7-seater with navigation, which made the trip even better.

The reserved car model was not available, and they gave us a manual car! They also didn't accept the full insurance purchased from Zuzuche.

I was two and a half hours late to pick up the car and was told the vehicle was no longer available. Communication with customer service was unhelpful (they said it was my fault for not reading the rental terms). I had to negotiate with the car rental company myself, and they finally resolved it (originally rented at Terminal 2, but they contacted Terminal 1 where a car was available).

Complaint about Hertz overcharging and downgrading the car model: 1. The rental cost on Zuzuche was 238 euros, including car rental, one-way fee, and taxes. However, the actual charges were: car rental 114.72 euros, one-way fee 95.28 euros, and taxes 96.91 euros, totaling 307.01 euros. This is significantly different from the price on the Zuzuche website. 2. Insurance: The Hertz counter staff only asked if I wanted to add super cover but did not explain the insurance costs and coverage. The final price included super cover of 203.34 euros and an additional personal insurance of 90.72 euros. I strongly complain about the forced purchase of personal insurance without any explanation. 3. Car model downgrade: Strong protest against Hertz for not respecting the reservation of a Volvo V40 or similar models like BMW X1 and Volkswagen Golf, and giving a Ford Fiesta instead. I have rented multiple times with Zuzuche, and this is the first time encountering a situation where the expected cost was 1799 RMB, but I ended up with a downgraded car and had to pay 606.95 euros (though I agreed to add the super cover). I request Zuzuche to resolve this issue, thank you!

The attitude was just normal. The problem was that the staff gave incorrect instructions for picking up the car, causing us to run back and forth three times before finding the staff at the parking lot to get the car. Another issue was that we were supposed to get an M-class vehicle, but we ended up with a B-class car. Additionally, we initially agreed to purchase their insurance, but after consulting with the rental company customer service, we decided to cancel it. The staff agreed to cancel it on the spot, but when we returned the car, we were still charged over a hundred euros for the insurance. It was really frustrating.

The credit card was charged 4 times! They insisted it didn't happen, and the issue is still unresolved. My credit limit has been maxed out and I can't use it anymore.

At the counter, the staff had an indifferent attitude and didn't clearly explain the payment details. After receiving the vehicle, we found problems that made it unusable. When we went back to the counter, they replaced it with a Mercedes but didn't specify how much extra we would need to pay. There was no response from the rental company. Since our hotels were already booked, we reluctantly took the replacement car and quickly set off!

There were very few people, almost no queues. There are four counters where you can pick up the car. A young lady was very nice. However, a middle-aged woman was unfriendly to newcomers. One major dissatisfaction was that I booked a Volvo and asked if I could get one if I wait until the reserved time. They said it's impossible to get a Volvo.

I have used Zuzuche several times before. They indicated that the car could be taken to the Czech Republic, but on-site they said it was not allowed. I contacted Zuzuche, asking the staff to speak with them, but the staff refused and were very impatient.
