Pretty good, the customer service translates for me when I don't understand English.

I was a bit worried after reading other people's reviews. But my 3-day self-drive trip went smoothly; the car was in good condition and returning it was easy. Next time, I recommend spending a bit more on full insurance for peace of mind.

Initially, I was worried about the language barrier. With a simple mobile translation, they handed over the car without much hassle. The staff didn't talk much, just told me to return the car to the same place with a full tank, and I was on my way. I took some photos of the car on my own. Returning the car was equally simple. They checked the fuel gauge and spare tire, confirmed there were no accidents, and we were done.

Overall okay. The car and its body are a bit old, but it performs well and the air conditioning is sufficient.

The vehicle was quite old and had unusual noises. It had already been driven for over 230,000 kilometers. The most unsatisfactory aspect was the lack of front and rear parking cameras, and even more unacceptable was the absence of rear parking sensors.

The service was excellent. They gave me a Pajero Sport. I was pleasantly surprised.

I always drive myself during trips in Thailand, but this time I made the mistake of choosing this rental company. They did not inspect the car before lending it out, which led to the vehicle not functioning properly. The issue was an old battery that prevented the car from starting, almost causing me to miss my flight. The company is quite large, but I recommend that if you rent from them, make sure to get a new car.

The staff was lazy and had no sense of time. They took me to pick up the car well past the scheduled time, and the car's battery was dead and wouldn't start. Do they not check the cars before handing them over to customers? I was delayed for four hours with three kids sleeping on lounge chairs. All our pre-planned schedules were disrupted and compressed. They gave me a different car that was even older with over 80,000 kilometers. Normally, if they cause trouble for the customer, they should upgrade to a better car, but they didn't. They are not the car rental company I booked with; they said they are just their partner. This is deceptive to consumers.

The service lady's attitude was excellent on that day, and her explanations were very clear.

The service attitude was good, the only drawback was that they kept urging me to sign quickly, and I didn't have enough time to thoroughly check the vehicle's condition.
