Unfortunately no car was available when we arrived there was a delay in getting our car the staff were helpful and sympathetic. Everything esle was smooth and easy.

Although I did not know if QEEQ at the time and was a little worried, I got a great deal on a good car with no surprises or issues.

car had not been cleaned properly with trash in the car. Staff on counter gave me 2 keys locked together by chain which is pointless as you lose one, you lose them both. did not try to rectify this and said that this is how it comes

easy booking, good car for our needs answered queries i had with hertz when i couldnt get through to hertz on a phone line

Staff was very helpful and made the process seaming and smooth.

Service at Avis desk when picking up the car was very slow and a nuisance

They did not have the car on site at the pickup time and told me I would need to wait an hour. This is a common thing for them, according to reviews. They have me the wrong car, a tiny little car, instead of what I booked. They wanted me to sign the 'no visible damage' report without seeing the car, which I refused - which was good because it did have visible damage. There was garbage inside the car under the seat. They would not accept my visa card as payment for the deposit. They did not honor the zero dollar deductible I already paid for with my voucher and instead made it $300. In total, a terrible rental experience.

That was so long ago I don't remember.

Forced to choose an expensive car.

The booking translated to luxury class at National, so I was extremely happy with my experience

I was very happy as car rental prices are insane, I was happy to find a less extortionate price. I’m using for all my searches now!

York car rentals was great! Quick service, best price in YYZ and what an amazing vehicle to tour Ontario in! A brand new Bronco! Booking was super easy and they were flexible on our drop off when we were caught in traffic. 10/10 would recommend and will use again for my travels in Ontario.

The deposit was returned a bit late, it used to be returned the same evening.

Stained upholstery in poor-handling high-mileage car

I loved the car I was able to use. It was a Volkswagon Tiguan. I have always owned Volkswagons because they drive very well, hug the road and have great ergonomic features! My experience was an absolute delight.

The price did not drop but I was pleased that I found a car to rent as there is a shortage of rentals this year on PEI.

I wanted to return the car at a different location. That was not possible. But outside of that I was super happy. I got upgraded to a SUV for no charge

I think we got the oldest 7-seater of the Lot. Seats full of stains and after driving a few miles I noticed the brakes could need an overhaul. Didn't mention all of this, because if I did, this would definitely interrupt my Travelschedule. On top of this Hertz charged a Windscreen repair of which I could buy the whole damn Car!

No issues at all, choice of vehicles available on the day, whole process was faultless.
