The pick-up and drop-off procedures were very convenient, and the car was in good condition. However, there were too few counters at the Dollar location in Los Angeles airport, and I had to wait for a long time. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would choose them again next time.

Had a flat tire and changed it. Went to the desk and told them, and they said keep driving on the spare. A couple of days later when I turned in the car, I had to fill out a report form. This was inconvenient because I had to catch a flight. I wish the attendant had had me fill out the report when I initially came in and told them about the flat tire.
