Great, the staff at the rental company were very friendly and provided detailed instructions on the usage policies.

The company staff were very helpful and patient. They provided airport shuttle service, maps, and sightseeing recommendations. The vehicle was very spacious, an 8-seater, perfect for our group of six adults and one baby. The baby seat was installed in the middle, with adults on either side, and it wasn't crowded at all. The trunk was very large, fitting three large suitcases and two small ones. The car was in great condition, having only 73,000 kilometers on it, practically new. Our family was very satisfied.

When we arrived in Christchurch, we couldn't find the rental company representative. We had to call and wait for almost an hour before they picked us up. Other than that, the service was satisfactory.

The contract with Zuzuche clearly stated an automatic car with air conditioning, but in reality, it was a manual car with no air conditioning. Please Abel provide an explanation

Apart from the wait time for the car service pickup being a bit long, everything else was great.

The car's exterior looked a bit old with some paint peeling, but the car's performance was good, and the rental company's service was excellent. They even took us to the airport after we returned the car.

Picking up the car was convenient, but you need to notify the store in advance. When we got to the store, the original reservation was for a Toyota HiAce. The store noticed we had more people and voluntarily switched to a larger vehicle (15-seat Ford Transit) at no extra cost. The store's attitude was excellent.
