We’re given a refund for a price drop - excellent!

Ordered a 4 x 4 car but when i arrived they only had 1 vehicle left which wasnt a 4 x 4 and was smashed all over. I was told i didnt have a choice and that was the only vehicle they had so i had to take it.

Italian roads are very narrow, so we booked a small car. However, when we went to pick up the car at the scheduled time, the rental company didn't have the model we reserved and we ended up with a larger car. Although it was more comfortable to ride in, it was harder to drive and fuel costs were higher. The front desk staff was quite helpful despite limited English skills and even tried to sell us insurance, which we declined after clarifying the details. Be mindful when picking up your car.

We booked a Fiat 500 but they give us an Opel Crossland, no complains for that, bigger car, better value for money, the only problem was the waiting time, one hour and 40 min, and they block €900, that’s a big amount considering that we pay for the expensive assurance , that covers everything

I marked the drop off location as 3/5 as when entering the airport it’s quite tricky to find the location, even the second time I dropped off the car (I rented with them once before). whereas to Find the pickup from arrivals and to exit from the location is quite easy. Would be good to have signs maybe?

No queue

This was an extremely poor car rental experience! This company has no office at Palermo Airport. There are only people handling the cars in the parking lot. Picking up the car went smoothly, but when returning the car, we couldn't find anyone, causing us to miss our next flight. We had to spend over 1000 euros to buy four tickets to Rome and activate subsequent ticket packages as compensation. Because we couldn't return the car on time, we lost a total of 1400 euros! Additionally, they count the rental time by the day if you exceed 24 hours, which is very unreasonable! I strongly advise against using this car rental company!

When dropping off the car they immediately found some almost invisible very small dent which is invisible to the untrained eye. It wass dent (not a scratch) of maybe 0,5mm over 5cm. For sure it must have been on the car when I picked it up. Anyway I had to pay 295 EUR for damages while I never had any damage caused myself.

Diagram of the damages of the car was not updated and the level of the fuel was not OK. During the drop-off they found new damage on the front bumper but when we show them pictures from pick up they gave up and no further action was taken.

Nice services, from start to end.

Waited nearly an hour to pick up the car. The inspection wasn't thorough; the fuel tank wasn't full, but they adjusted the pick-up form when I pointed it out. However, I missed a scratch they didn't note. Fortunately, I took photos during the inspection. Hopefully, they won't charge my credit card later.
