Originally agreed to pick up the car the next day, but this company imposed strict conditions and demanded extra payment to get the car a day earlier.

Unclear instructions for the pick-up location

The provided pickup address was hard to find. There should be an additional phone number for the store. It took a lot of effort to find the store, and when I did, they had no record of my reservation. The printed pickup receipt didn’t fully show the rental details, and I had to open my rental webpage online to show the staff before the issue was resolved. However, the return process was much better; it was quick, and when they heard we needed to get to KLIA2, they offered a free ride. The staff were very friendly.

The owner is Indian, felt like I was being tricked again. They changed my car and I lost the free tank of gas. It's better to find a Malaysian Chinese owner; in my experience, Malaysian Chinese are very kind and hospitable.

They changed the vehicle model and charged the card without informing us. We only found out at pickup and were forced to accept it. My English is very good, so there were no communication barriers.

Just okay. If my husband didn't speak the local language, I definitely wouldn't have been able to get the car. No one came to pick us up or called us, and when you call them at the entrance, they don't speak Chinese.

No one met us at the arrival gate. We didn't know where to get the car. After several phone calls, someone finally showed up.

Like: The trip is comfort and the car is really clean. Good checking list on the condition of the car before handover / passing the car key to me. affordable rental price and fuel saving.

Completely unable to communicate, waited for an hour and a half, the pickup instructions were useless, impossible to understand for first-time visitors to Kuala Lumpur
