They initially said there would be an airport pick-up, but in reality, I had to call them upon arrival. I had booked for 9 AM at the airport, waited for a long time without seeing any staff, and only after calling the rental company did the staff come to pick me up.

Like: Second time I booked a car there, both times no problems, really cheap and convienient
Dislike: nobody was at the counter when I wanted to pick up, but I was very late so I guess it is my fault. Also, they have a little sign with phone numbers to call and they immidiately came

It was hard to find after landing, the guide could be sent in advance via WeChat

Like: Nice staff, fast pickup and drop off. Proton is very cheap car, but it's ok if you just need to drive around for a few days.
Dislike: It was "2" in the pickup point address that confused me. Actually it's in Terminal 1, not 2 as I expecteed.

Like: Nice service and response the question very fast

Good service attitude, but communication in terms of language wasn’t very smooth.

Like: Rental a car for travel in Penang with Proton Sega instead of Myvi but the experience was good as the car is brand new with low milieage and easy navigation of the interior.
Dislike: The car air-conditioner was actually switching between hot and cold starting from the second day with a mild musty smell occasionally BUT I must emphasize the overall air being blown out is still generally cold and had a good experience with the car.

Generally satisfactory, communication issues

Like: Car value for money and suitable for small family of 5.
Dislike: Could have include a car parking coupon for convenience.

Like: Simple and comfortable driving.
Dislike: Car steering vibrates when exceeds above 100KM/per hour

The pickup location was hard to find, no one came to pick us up. We called from just 50 meters away requesting someone to pick us up, but they refused and rudely hung up. We wandered around for nearly an hour, luckily a kind person guided us to the store. At the store, we requested a credit card slip for the transaction but were told the card was only used for registration. However, the bank indicated two failed transactions of 1000 MYR each (because I had set a limit on the card as a precaution). The car return location was still at KLIA Terminal 1. A week later, we had a new booking requesting pickup at KLIA2 (QEEQ order specified pickup at KLIA2), but the store wanted to charge 25 MYR (we have a recording as evidence).

Like: Good service nice new car would recommend

The order clearly stated that there would be someone to pick us up after landing, but no one was there. When we called, we were told they wouldn't come and were very rude about it. We had to find our own way and it took three and a half hours.

Like: Helpful staff.
Dislike: Car no center lock

Dislike: Got ants in the driver's seat, I got beaten. :( . The clutch is a bit tight as well.

Like: The car from Paradise Car Rental was exactly what we expected. We needed a GPS and this was found on the spot for us though we hadn't booked one at RM25 per day of course. Fairly new car, approx 20000 km on the clock and on delivery I was presented with the offer of a Touch and Go card to use. Nice touch, Waja. Overall friendliness of the staff. They gave me a lift back to KLIA 2 on drop off.
Dislike: No office or person at KLIA 2; so when I arrived there and called the number and no one answered I was worried but they sent an automated text to call another number which stayed engaged. Eventually, I got a person on the line and she very efficiently dispatched a driver (her manager) and car to KLIA 2. So other than that hiccup at arrival all went very well.

Dislike: Could refund dep 1000rm more quickly. In city location would be mooe convenient!

The counter is often unattended, picking up the car takes a long time, and staff don't speak Chinese. The only advantage is the self-service drop-off, which is convenient and quick!

I scheduled to pick up the car at 1 PM on July 31st! Before boarding the flight from Penang to Kuala Lumpur, I received a reminder from the rental company about picking up the car. However, when I arrived at the designated location, no one was there. I called the rental company, and they asked for my reservation number. Later, they replied that the reservation had been canceled an hour ago and claimed they had sent me an email, but I never received any such email until I returned home on the 3rd. I made an international call from the airport to the customer service for assistance, but they also said there were no cars and advised me to check for any available similar models at the location and rent one directly, which I would later need to resolve on my own. Because it was a holiday, I spent almost 3 hours at the airport. I asked around, but most rentals required advance booking. Eventually, I managed to book a car through a domestic travel platform, but the price was 40% higher than before. Despite all this, my status on the rental company’s app still showed everything was normal, and on the 2nd, I even received a message reminding me to return the car!
