The car rental company's service attitude is excellent! We arrived early and they still managed to accommodate us without pushing us to buy extra insurance. They respond quickly to issues via email. Highly recommend Alamo! Returning the car is easy; there's staff at the parking lot to collect the car. Remember to fill up the gas tank! I'm not sure if I have a fine yet, but the deposit should be refunded in about a month regardless.
Very satisfied, there was no queue when we rented the car. The receptionist was a male salesman with a ponytail, he was very enthusiastic and efficient. He even helped us drive the car to the door outside the counter. Although he wasn't there when we returned the car, another staff member helped us park the car back in the parking lot.
