Like: Very friendly

Dislike: Even though I had my own insurance I still had to purchase some. It was no clear or evident on the booking pages that you had to actually bring in your declaration page or coverage and after business hours it is not accessible. This should be in bold print with the booking information

Like: The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. We got our rental car pretty quick. They did a video inspection before we left and when we got back.

It's not 'right cars' at all. The staff at the airport didn't recognize it. After a long phone call, they told me to wait at the airport entrance. Terrible company.

It was supposed to be open 24 hours, but when we arrived at the airport terminal store to pick up the car, there was no one there! The contact number left at the counter went to voicemail, and no one answered. We waited for more than an hour and finally had to contact the car rental customer service. After that, a young man from the rental company showed up. After we completed the rental procedures, he only roughly pointed out the parking location and didn’t accompany us to pick up the car. This shows the service quality of a small company! We booked a Volkswagen Sharan online, but the rental company substituted it with a newish Seat that had been in use for about a year.

Like: The fact that it is not a big office with long lines and wait, the staff is friendly and helpful, not a lot of paperwork, it is treamline perfectly.
Dislike: You are good keep it up

The car was old and vastly different from the same category models. The address and phone number provided were incorrect, making communication extremely inconvenient. Their cars are not suitable for self-driving tours.

Like: I was really surprised by the great customer service I received from these guys. My flight was delayed due to bad weather but they had kept abreast of this and were waiting to pick me up at the airport. Pick up and drop off were super easy. Thank you!

Not bad, the car was a bit old, but the service was good

Like: Outstanding friendly service. Staff went way beyond their call for duty. Stretched their services to such a great extent to accommodate our demands. Free upgrade of vehicle, free extended after hours return, offered us friendly personal advice and travel tips. Overlooked a small scratch without charging us extra. Highly recommend.
Dislike: A short delay in picking up but no worries at all.

This was a particularly bad car rental experience, so I'm sharing it with everyone. This company is very small and not well organized. The website mentioned airport pick-up and drop-off, but unlike other companies that have buses shuttling between the airport and the company, this one had nothing. After leaving the airport, I had to call them and was told to get there myself, though they covered the cost, so I didn't argue. I picked up the car and after resting the next day, I realized the car had already done over 100,000 kilometers. I couldn’t believe it was so old, but since it was far away, I decided to use it anyway. Two weeks later, one of the tires burst. I changed it myself and went to get it repaired, only to be told it was too old to be fixed and that the other tires were also dangerous. I contacted the company, and they agreed to let me change cars the next day. However, when I arrived, the staff claimed they were unaware and didn't think the car was bad, refusing to change it. Contacting Zuzuche’s customer service was of no help; they only comforted my son but couldn’t solve the problem. I had to handle it myself. When returning the car, I had a gut feeling this company would try something. I washed the car and refueled it. Nevertheless, the next day, I received invoices for $35 and $40. I am currently negotiating with Zuzuche to resolve this issue.
