RIGHT CARS CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Like: This car was about half the price from some of the other car rental companies near LAX.
Dislike: Trying to get to the car rental location was very difficult. The confirmation e-mail came from easycarrentals, but the name of the company was Right car rentals. There was no bus that came to the LAX car rental pick up for over 30 minutes. I called twice to find out what to do. Both times I was put on hold for over 15 min and eventually I hung up. I got on a bus that said EZ car rentals, but I found out after I was taken to that location that was not the correct bus. I had to walk from EZ to Right. Once I got there everything was fine, but getting there was very difficult.

Waited at the pickup point for over two hours but no car came. Called Right Car Rentals and no one answered. The car rental website also couldn't contact them. Eventually, we took a taxi to the rental location and found out there were three other groups in the same situation as us.

Like: Great value, excellent vehicle, excellent and knowledegable service staff.
Dislike: There was a little confusion about returning the car, specifically as to how late RightCars would be open.

Like: I got the vehicle class I wanted, car was clean and performed great! Friendly staff
Dislike: Didnt factor in the toll transponder charge, or some other insurance free I had to pay

A small rental company, not many people, Hispanic employees.

Long wait time, waited for over half an hour, and then spent another half hour signing various documents.

Like: We using the new car with really low milled , no problem at all.
Dislike: None

Like: The car we order hadn’t been returned so we got an upgrade cwhich suited our needs better

Like: The shuttle came quickly and was a short trip to the pickup. I was up sold on the insurance although I had already purchased the full package, but they reduced my deposit from $2K to $500 for the economy car. Toll costs were explained well. Return was super easy and I was happy to see NO incidentals on my CC and deposit refunded in full when I got home!
Dislike: I thought the insurance up sell was confusing bc I had already purchased a full package.

The process was very quick.

Like: Quick return and trip to LAX.
Dislike: Difficultly with finding Right Car shuttle

Like: The agent found a discount to apply for the sun pass.
Dislike: Dirty car.

Like: The car was great, no problems, and affordable.
Dislike: It did take a very long time for him to arrive, and he had told us ten minutes without a follow-up call.

Like: I didnt have any problem everything was so perfect
