The staff behind the counter had told us that she will charge us an additional 100 euros for a second driver. Even though we did not agree as we did not think it mattered how many people drove the car, in any case due to no choice we agreed and took the car. They had taken a deposit of euro 594 from my credit card and mentioned that they will return euro 400 when the car was returned in good condition. However when we returned the car and got a no damage on the car while being returned, they have still only returned euro 229.04 to my credit card instead of euro 400. This is unlawful. They are not picking up the toll free numbers that are listed and we have no way to talk to them. I am very disappointed.

The man on the counter in the car park was extremely rude and was driving dangerously around the car park! He didnt talk to us, just handed a key and didnt even show us where the car was. He looked confrontational. The man in the counter where I got my keys in the airport was lovely though.

Once we’d found the desk there was no queue and we were served immediately. However!! When we dropped the car off we were told we had parked in the wrong place even though it was a Sicily by Car (no. 44) space and we were told to move it to next to the office. We needed to catch our flight and found this unreasonable!! So we left the keys and walked away. Slightly unnecessary demand from the staff member.

Check-in took longer than usual as there were 7 customers ahead of me but when I got to the counter, my time there took about 5 minutes. The service Rep was professional and quick. No issues with the car (Fiat Panda). Drop-off was also quick, took less than 5 minutes, I will definitely rent from Sicily by Car again.

We did not get the correct car because they did not have it in stock and received a much smaller car (Fiat) then what we paid for. They explained since we already paid for a bigger car and they did not have it in stock they could not reimburse us.

The staff was a bit slow and it took a lot of time to pickup the car. The insurances they sold were too expensive.

After we returned the car it took nearly 1 month to get back our deposit - service was very slow.

Vehicle cleanliness could have been better. Staff was kind and efficient, easy pick-up and drop-off.

As a negative point, the personnel did not company us to check the car at the picking up point. They offer us a better car as an offer charging 6 euro/day. We refused and they gave us the car offered for free because they did not have the car booked. Despite this, the attention was nice at pick up and drop off.

At the moment all is correct. I am surprised how it works! And the good price of the car

after about 40 min in line to pick up car, we were told there were no cars and we have to wait till someone returns a car, we were with a toddler so the guy took mercy and found somehow a car for us, but it was class lower that we paid for and we barely fit and had to put bags on our laps, the car was never washed there was some wire hanging from beneath

Très mauvaise expérience on a dû attendre plus de 2h30 avant d’être servi de plus le siège auto que j’avais réservé ne l’était pas on m’a répondu simplement que je pouvais faire sans. Il voulait aussi impérativement de vendre des assurances complémentaires et j’au Du remplir encore des documents car je n’étais pas enregistré chez eux donc une perte de temps inutile car la réservation c’et fait pas votre compagnie. Ensuite de cela après à peine 100km le témoin adblue c’est allumé et je dû le payer de ma poche sans remboursement. De plus il n’y avait pas de produit lave-glace. Franchement une très très mauvaise expérience je ne prendrai plus jamais de véhicule dans leur compagnie.

Société de location de voiture horrible avec un personnel formé pour arnaquer les clients. Nous avons du attendre plus de 2 heures notre tour avec un personnel très désagréable Scicily by car voulait me faire payer 135 euros supplémentaires sous prétexte que ma carte était de débit et non de crédit. J ai donc laissé tomber cette réservation même si elle était payée et j ai fait une autre réservation avec Sixt quelle différence service impeccable un personnel très courtois et surtout il n y avait aucun problème avec ma carte de crédit. Je déconseille tous les clients de louer un véhicule avec scicily by car

Booking straightforward.

A typical car rental experience...too many people disorganized counter. Seems like the business is stuck in the 1960's...and not in a good way. We paid extra for an automatic convertible car...they gave us a manual one at first and then didn't have a convertible that was automatic...so a waste of money. Car return was poorly coordinated as well...had us standing in the rain and no place to park the car. Ultimately this is what you get for finding the cheapest options. Also the industry needs a proper overhaul.

We waited for more then an hour to pick up our car and the then the desk staff were grumpy and made me feel that I was making a big mistake not taking out their insurance. They told me that my own insurance wasn’t good enough and that I would definitely be paying some money to them by the end of my trip. They told me ‘good luck driving here’.

El coche muy bien,nos dieron uno de superior categoría y todo bien.Lo malo tener que pagar porque al final quien tenía la tarjeta de crédito era mi mujer y tuvimos que cambiar el contrato y nos cobraron bastante por ello y el tiempo de espera para recoger el coche también fue excesivo
