Almost not nagging at all on the subject of upgrade or additional insurance. However takes a long time when you are supposed to just sign and get keys. No option to prepay gas is unpractical as it is very stressful to fuel by airport in naples upon returning

Waited more than an hour and the lady at the counter was very rude I asked to speak with manager and he was even ruder than her ! A completely ripoff avoid this company looks everything cheap but at the counter you have a big surprise!

I still waiting for them to refund 300 eur for the insurance deposit

The car was quite damage and I was not very happy considering that I needed it for a wedding. Also I had a warning light about "changing the oil immediately" not ideal when We were going around Sicily. The wipes were terrible and they were not cleaning the screen at all. At some point I had to stop and buy some cloths and window cleaner because with the sun I was not able to see. The roof was playing up and in various time it stayed open.

Great platform, shame that our car was not that good.

Good attitude, but service is a bit slow

The worst experience ever with check in! Waiting 3 hours, or you can skip line with buying extra products! Better to buy expensive car rental, than this experience. Awoid Sicily by car. Or other experience nice, but check in horrible.

I booked a small car and was given a medium sized one but was not charged extra.Would have preferred small car.

I think the above says it all. Almost 3 hour wait and no apology from anyone , terrible organisation and then got charged 40 quid extra for a quarter tank of petrol for a car that costs 50 pounds to fill up.

Counter agent at Treviso airport was fantastic, absolutely wonderful--- helped me call a credit card company and was incredibly kind and relaxed. The first car had an engine problem as soon as I started out from the airport, and had burning smell. I returned in five minutes, and the mechanic/drop off agent inside the garage yelled and me and called me an idiot, said I did not know how to drive a car and I was ruining his day. Two other rental company agents were there, and clearly saw the car problem, told him to calm down. I went back inside to speak with the rental agent and change cars--- he was wonderful and explained that the company has problems regularly with the gentleman outside. I was able to drive away with a much better, safer, well-running car, but only after the same garage employee said some horrible things to me and threw the new car keys at my face. What happened? I have purposefully chosen Sicily By Car for this important rental, as I have always had good experiences. I will, sadly not rent again. unbelievable, at Treviso.

The car was really good, the customer service was good. The only problem was the cleanest of the car inside and out and the two kid seats we got were also dirty. In the end when we got to our destination we cleaned the car inside. As I said Sicily By Car was good but those little details make a big difference.

Booking was easy. Only problem the app would not load of my Samsung S8. So could not get the benefits of the full service.

The counter staff at the airport were delightful. Warm friendly and helpful and very efficient.

When you come to the country for the first time the last thing you expect is rude and arrogant staff by the counter trying to trick you in paying more for car insurance. Avoid at all costs! Absolutely miserable experience..

Paid extra for booking a Ford fiesta but got a Vauxhall corsa which was cheaper to book. They didn't have the car I booked and downgraded me

2 hour queue just to get the car. Those with children who had just joined the queue were put to the front of queue which is totally unfair. No communication from staff. Could not cope with the demand. Incurred a flat tyre. Unanswered phone calls to numbers at Cagliari airport and the service/call put line. After 1.5 hours finally spoke to a lovely lady who organised someone to change the tyre in torrential rain. Also rang back to advise it would be longer than she originally told me. Which I was grateful for. They also need some customer service Training. Lady at desk who provided car was very pleasant though.

We often use Sicily By Car while we fligh every 3 à 4 weeks to Pisa or Florence.
