Extremely dissatisfied. I reserved an automatic car which was quite expensive because I am not familiar with manual cars. Safety is the top priority when driving abroad, so I opted for the more costly rental. However, upon arrival at the rental company, I was informed there was no automatic car available, only manual. They asked if I wanted to purchase full insurance and assured me I could temporarily use the manual car and switch to an automatic by afternoon. Unwillingly, I agreed and bought their insurance due to safety concerns. When I returned in the afternoon, they deceived me again, saying no automatic cars were available until the next afternoon. Extremely frustrated, I called a translator to communicate, only to be met with indifference and told I could complain if I wanted. I requested a refund but was ignored. The issue was only resolved the following day when they finally gave me an automatic car. My entire trip plan was ruined due to these arrangements. After switching cars, they simply issued a new form without mentioning the previous manual car issue.

Terrible. They said I only needed to pay 202 euros, but I ended up paying an extra 40 euros. I only found out it was for additional insurance after I complained. They didn't explain this extra insurance at the time.

Dishonest store, they tricked me into buying insurance, taking advantage of the fact that I don't understand Spanish. When picking up the car, I said I didn't want it, but during the contract signing they had me sign this and that. I believed them and signed everything. It turned out I had actually signed for the insurance. They were very sneaky about it, putting the insurance and rental agreements on the same paper, so you wouldn't know you've signed for the insurance. In the end, they charged me 200 Euros for the insurance. Truly shameless.

The sales staff at the store handed us a Spanish-language contract to sign without informing us! They secretly charged us for expensive insurance and a full tank of fuel! It's outrageous; I'll never rent from this company again. The rental platform took my deposit but merely reserved a spot for me. When I arrived at the store, the staff completely ignored my order and issued a new high-priced contract. The rental platform is now blaming a third party to avoid responsibility. I won't book through this platform again. Everyone needs to be cautious when renting a car.

The rental car store is in an underground garage with no markings, and the GPS address is inaccurate, making it very difficult to find. I booked a BMW 5, but they gave me a BMW 3. We had 4 adults, 1 child, and a lot of luggage, so we specifically chose a larger car. But there was only a BMW 3 series available, with a much smaller trunk that couldn't fit all our luggage, and there were no other cars to choose from. How can these two models be interchangeable? After struggling for 3 hours, we switched to another rental company at a different location and finally got a car, but we had to pay extra in the end.
