The introduction was detailed, but the car model was different, which was hard to accept.

This company is incredibly frustrating. They couldn't provide a car and blamed the agent. When we had a three-way call with the agent, they admitted it was due to overbooking on their part. Their attitude was disgusting and they didn't even apologize. This is the worst car rental company ever.

I have a very good experiences on the car rental . when return car the Staff Name Marina . she was perfect and she guild us the best and help to drop us at the station. Additionally , I have a very good and comfortable driving with the car .

Booking was fantastic .

The counter staff, both at pick up and drop off, were amazing. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Not satisfied! They pushed the pickup service aggressively. The traffic fine management fee is extremely high at £60 each time, whereas other rental companies only charge £35. It’s just to make more money.

The car I received exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with it. However the car collection took a very long time. We lost a large part of our day especially because the shuttle bus took an hour to arrive and then made lots of stops before we arrived at Green Motion. There was hardly any fuel in the car so I had to quickly find a gas station to avoid breaking down.

Qeeq were efficient with our booking but the car rental company was not near the airport and the shuttle bus took ages to arrive at Green Motion.

I would like to thank the person that helped us at the pick up. They were very busy, but she took care of us making the experience easy and enjoyable.

Counter staff was aggressive about offering upgrades to many customers.

They gave me a free upgrade. Happy with the service. Would be better if they were more closer to the airport.

Great price options and service. The only comment is on insurance. I was told at budget that in case of accident, I will be billed for 1500 pounds and the claim will have to be processed seperately by qeeq. They recommended to buy the insurance directly from them.

The car rental service was pretty good.

I paid in full to rent a car for a month, but they said they didn't have the car because I arrived two hours late???!!! Unbelievable!!! I rented a car for a month (Ford Mondeo) and fully paid the rental fee. I was supposed to pick up the car at 8 AM as scheduled online, but my flight was delayed, so I arrived at 10:10 AM at the car rental company (Drivalia). The staff on-site said that since I was more than two hours late, the car I rented had been given to someone else. They asked for an extra £1,400 to rent another car of the same model (Renault Arkana). I requested an equivalent or slightly lower category car, but the staff said there were no other cars available. I had to call the rental platform's customer service for help. After a brief conversation with the on-site staff, the customer service told me I could either not take the car and request a refund, which was not guaranteed, or pay the extra fee to take the car. Being unfamiliar with the area and having no other options, I reluctantly paid the extra fee. The whole trip was affected by this experience.

Counter staff were excellent and the drop off was so quick and easy. The shuttle bus was great too , can’t recommend Avis Heathrow enough.

Made our booking from Australia incredibly easy and great value.

Very good service throughout the process. Only negative was there is no pickup from Heathrow terminal 4 which meant we needed to get the train to terminal 3
