The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.

First time using, and also the last time.

The car return location at ZQN was closed due to lack of staff. They asked us to return the car in Hertz counter. We always missed our flight because of this.

Good and puntual service, though I would like the price drop protector to be more reactive.

Car was a Kia Sorento diesel auto. This was very comfortable and much smoother to drive than I expected. Counter staff at Christchurch Downtown were very good.

No service, just normal interaction! Can the car be in worse condition? Over 200,000 kilometers and the left side mirror and gas cap have spider webs. The doors won't even open, I have to climb in through the passenger side to open the driver's door! The fuel tank was only half full, and the boss said it's fine to return it with the same amount of fuel... The most absurd thing was returning the car. When we arrived at the store, there was no one there. We called, and they told us to wait. The store arranged the cheapest Uber to take us to the airport! This was definitely the worst car rental experience I've ever had.

We replaced the tire ourselves, and the next day, they gave us a different car, but my credit card was charged 500 NZD. We had purchased full insurance but received no timely response upon our return. Additionally, when booking, it was clearly stated that the rental company would cover the transition fee for the vehicle, but they refused to provide this. The car we picked up was different as well. About the car itself, the battery died the next day, so we spent the whole morning without playing around, then got a replacement car with a broken door. Trust me, don't rent from this platform. We rented three cars, and two had issues. The reason the price is cheap is that they are very old cars that you could buy locally for 3000 NZD, yet they're renting them out for thousands. The service is unreliable, and the condition of the cars is concerning, not to mention your safety. You'll likely spend most of your time dealing with repairs and replacements. And then, dealing with the insurance afterwards is a continuous hassle.

Lovely pick up place staff. We got upgraded with a noicer and bigger car. Thank you. Always nice to get upgraded :) Car was clean but quite a lot of scratches/dents in the car which is fine because the staff were all aware of it. Drop off was super quick. Thank you.

I booked a Toyota Yaris, and I can understand getting a car from the same category, but giving me an old Tiida with over 160,000 kilometers on it is unacceptable. Plus, it had three regular tires and one spare tire, and the accelerator was very loose. What's worse, by the end of the rental period, the brakes also became loose and I had to press them all the way down to stop. Initially, I requested a car change via WeChat and got a reply after 4-5 hours saying that there were no available cars for a swap due to high demand. I will definitely not rent from this company again. An additional $50 was charged for after-hours pickup. Which rental company charges extra for that?
