I recommend ALAMO. A great selection of new cars. I was to get a Chevrolet Tahoe. I got a bigger GMC Yukon XL at the same price.

The rental booking stated there was a shuttle from the airport. I was unable to find a shuttle so I took a taxi thinking it was close. I was tired from travel and was just ready to get the car. $36 later I was at the rental location. The car was disgusting And had not been cleaned. There was a receipt for Chinese food in the backseat. The Camry had a lot of body damage also. I told the rep that the car was not acceptable and asked for another car. She offered me a Mustang that looked like it had been sideswiped. The whole experience was a nightmare and cost me 2 hours and $50. I have never had such a bad experience with a rental car.

There were many additional charges (even though I upgraded the car model), but not sure why there were extra fees causing the rental price to be very expensive. I have filed a complaint for after-sales service.

They charged me for insurance I didn't want and I'm now disputing that charge

Not sure why this agency has bad reviews. Other than a little longer wait than expected, the process was smooth with no unexpected charges.

The service is quite average, the efficiency is slow to say the least, and the enthusiasm is just so-so. So, three stars. However, the price is relatively cheap!

When I said I didn't want insurance, their attitude immediately became terrible. They have too few cars, there was hardly any choice. We arrived at noon, and there was only one mid-sized SUV left. The queue was also very long, Americans are really inefficient!

Customer service was amazing. Such friendly staff. Loved it. Will rent from them again!

The car was received with a lot of scratch marks and the personel in attendance didn't seem to care. Took photos myself for future reference. On my way to the hotel after a 26 hour trip I realized that the car were only half full. Again took photos for my reference. Received an additional bill of $141,67 after my trip which are unexplained and cannot be for gas alone. Await reply. Very average experience and will think twice before using Alamo again.

No need to queue at all, the service was excellent, and the staff who delivered the car were enthusiastic and professional.
