We ended up paying double of what should be the price listed and they just keep making new stuff up. They are a scam, save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else.

Lady behind the counter told the man in front of us he needed to buy insurance and he refused saying it was included. When it was our turn we were told we weren't covered by any insurance and to buy some through dollar, I refused. She then offered to prepay for fuel even though that was already included through easyrentcars. When she actually processed the booking she couldn't avoid the fact it said that insurance was included that she tried to pretend wasn't there. The cars in our section were all old and there was only about 3-4 of them. Would never go through Dollar again.

The service was very satisfying. We arrived at midnight, and the procedures were completed quickly.

It was my first time renting a car, and it went smoothly.

The most important thing is the language. The staff are all compatriots, making communication very easy. This is very important and worth promoting to all compatriots coming to the US to rent cars here.

The staff at the rental store exhibited completely different attitudes with and without surveillance. From the airport pickup to the store, their attitude was very good, humble, and the explanations were clear. I assume there were cameras in the shuttle and store. However, once all the paperwork was completed, they took us to the parking lot and handed us the keys, casually said a few words, and left. They didn't give us any time to inspect the car or provide a simple briefing (they mentioned during the rental process that there would be a briefing). We noticed a scratch on the right front door and had to walk back to the store to find the staff. He then told us that the insurance we purchased was very comprehensive, and we could have any damages covered, then he left. After getting into the car, we found that the USB port was not charging, so we had to go back to the store again. The overall experience was very poor.

On the first day, the counter staff strongly recommended upgrading to a higher-end model at $30/day. After I declined, they immediately dropped the price to $20/day, totaling $260 for 13 days, plus over $300 with tax and insurance. Upon picking up the car, I noticed scratches and took photos and videos, but the staff didn't note it down. The next day, when I went back to the airport to pick up my husband, the maintenance light came on. I quickly drove back to the rental company and requested a replacement. Fortunately, the manager attended to us and replaced the car with a new one with just over 1,000 kilometers. It somewhat compensated for the initial dissatisfaction! We had a different drop-off location; after inspection, the staff handed us a document. My husband carefully reviewed it and noticed they wrongly charged us for 3 gallons of fuel at $6/gallon, despite returning the car with a full tank. After further checking, they reduced the charge by $50. Make sure to inspect everything thoroughly during the rental process and contest any discrepancies!

The car was very convenient, and the return process was extremely efficient.

I refused the sales pitch, but they still added some sort of roadside assistance insurance. The contract they gave me was just a blurry photocopy, and there was no amount shown on the computer screen when I signed it. This kind of behavior really doesn't inspire confidence.

I couldn’t use my own insurance.So I should had deal with new insurance on counter.

The rental company was great, they provided an upgrade to a mid-to-large SUV, Hyundai SANTA Fe.
