Un manque de clarté notoire sur la facturation - nécessité d’un badge de télé péage non signalé mais imposant une facturation supplémentaire dont je n’ai à l’heure actuelle pas d’information sur le montant. Cependant un personnel très agréable et sympathique.

Service au comptoir pitoyable, pas fiable, une caution de 1200€ . Nous avons attendu plus de 1h30, un personnel lent et qui ne fait pas le constat de la voiture: il nous demande d’envoyer par WhatsApp les photos!!!!! A fuhir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Le point de rendez-vous à l'aéroport n'était pas très visible. Longue attente pour récupérer la voiture, personnel ayant l'air débordé.

Car was clean and in excellent condition. Waiting time was quite long and could be better organised. Not much of a waiting area also had to wait quite a while for airport drop off.

It was excellent. It were our first time in Athens and I was a little worried about how it would be at the airport to be taken to pick up the car. The guy who was at the airport on July 10 2019 about 21:00h from Surprice rent a car was a very sympathetic and professional person. He was our first contact with the company and he made us to feel very welcomed and tranquil. I do not remember his name but thank you so much. We were took to the office outside of the airport and it took just few minutes and there it was very quick as well. One thing I didn't like is that, I was looking for a Kia Picanto and I choose Surprice rent a car because they had at the website a car that I wanted with a good price, but when I got there they told that they do not work with Kia Picanto and gave me a Nissan Micra. It was a good car but I wanted a Kia Picanto.

It was very easy to book a car with Easyrentcars.com and everything worked as was supposed to be.

bad customer services and full of lies, never trust this company and they over charge you.

La voiture n’avait rien à voir avec mon choix elle n’était même pas similaire c’était un break je déteste les break

Voiture plus petite mais le prix inchangé et aucune réaction du loueur. Ils m ont demander 15 euros par jour car je n avais pas de carte pour la caution, après avoir insister pour qu ils prennent ma carte de crédit qui prouver servir de carte pour la caution. Personne non aimable !

difficulté à trouver la personne de surprice pour retirer le véhicule, alors que la concurrence se trouve facilement, longue attente attente pour remplir la navette pour aller à l'agence, séparation des familles à l'aéroport, les conducteurs uniquement autorisés à prendre la navette, longue attente à l'agence pour prendre le véhicule prise d'assurance supplémentaire à suprise alors que j'avais pris un assurance tout risque chez vous

Prices are fantastic

They charge extra 150 euro so I could take the car at an Island and they ask extra 200 euro for full coverage for a week which i thnk is too much .

Everything was conform and I appreciate the advises concerning insurance.

Waited over 2 hours to rent the car. They charged my card over $1500 for insurance when I told them my credit card covers any additional accident protection. When I rented the car, I explained I would be returning the car on thurs July 25, not sat July 27. They said I would still have to pay till July 27th even though I returned it 2 days earlier. I want those two days refunded back to me, not a good way to do business

The online process was fine, didn’t realize the nightmare I would face using surprice in Lisbon !

Was forced to pay extra at pick up as they wouldn’t accept insurance paid for at booking. Said it wasn’t valid as it wasn’t their own insurance. (Actually didn’t pay and took the risk). Then wouldn’t accept my bank card so had to add my husband as a driver to use his card which cost more. None of this made clear at time of booking. Man was incredibly unhelpful.

Car location at the huge multi storey airport car park is bit confusing hence long pick up time. Signposting from car park lift to the Surprice's parking lot would help.

Easy and user friendly

Localisation en face l'aéroport au milieu des autres loueurs de voitures. Un peu d'attente pour prendre la voiture mais c'était un jour d'affluence. Nous avions demandé un Petit SUV | Nissan Qashqai ou similaire et nous avons eu une 2008 flambant neuve avec 4,3 km au compteur. Restitution 10 minutes. Ils privilégient les retours car les avions n'attendent pas. Aucun souci au retour. PARFAIT pour nous. Nous reprendrons Surprice à Porto si l'occasion se présente.

Was expecting a large wagon as per what was imaged /ordered the one given just managed to fit us in which made it a uncomfortable ride
