Great service from the staff

Worst car condition I ever rent.

the break position is very high, my leg feel tired when traffic jam...i feel like the leg hanging.Hopefully can improve this.

The car given was in a fairly run down condition with a faulty fuel cover that does not open without having to use the key to pry it open and the indicator that show door not close is also faulty. It is discounted but not worth the effort in renting a car like that.

The platform work well but need to give a better account on the car condition.

The car's windshield wipers need to be replaced, they don't work very well in the rain.

Please give your customer a better car than one which is scratched everywhere and has no reasonable power or its engine size. The car is not up to the standard

Not happy that I was charged maximum excess for an accident that wasn’t my fault. Pardon my ignorance but I thought if I am not at fault I won’t be charged.

The car was very old (80K miles), brakes were not responsive, and overall condition was bad. However they refused to exchange or upgrade the rental car even after we called out the issues with the car. The only option was to upgrade to Proton Perdana for 450RM per day. The customer service was terribly bad as well - they didn't know what cars they had available, promised us a new car and yet delivered an old Proton Saga with bad brakes. The only upside is the car is cheap, but not much cheaper than others. I would not recommend renting a car from Paradise.

Overall very satisfied. The staff who attended to us were responsible, enthusiastic, and helpful. They communicated with us patiently and had high professional qualities. My first car rental experience abroad was smooth!

No refund for early returns

When booking, they said there would be a sign, but there wasn't and I had to call them to come over. Also, it was actually at K1, not K2. So it was quite cumbersome; they didn't clearly tell me where to wait, so I ended up running around a lot. They were also very impatient.

Friendly staff

Staff-Mr Aziq was very helpful. I left my Touch n go inside the car, Mr Aziq attended my request patiently and helped me get back the card. Praise for the excellent customer service!!!

The car was quite old, and the Indian guy's attitude was okay.

The car wasn't good condition. There were scratches everywhere.

Car overall condition is good. It has some minor screeching sound. No pre defined slot to drop off vehicle so it had some minor hassle.

The booking platform is good. Will use in the future.
