I must say, it was excellent. The car we picked up was brand new with only 780 miles on it. Our FORD ESCAPE was upgraded for free to an EXPLORER. We drove 4000 miles and were very satisfied.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Extremely satisfied. We showed the order, driver's license, and credit card at the counter. After verification, they directed us to the parking lot to choose a car. There were 5 cars available, and we chose a JEEP that had only run for over 16,000 miles. The car was in great condition. Very satisfied.
