Nos entrgaron un coche distinto al corsa, mejor. El unico fallo fue que nos ponia que estaba lleno de gasolina y no era asi. A la recogida nos querian cobrar 60 libras porque lo entregamos como lo recojimos, sin estar lleno. No fue asi, gracias a que habia hecho una foto antes de salir y una despues, a los kilometros y el deposito. Espero me devuelvan lo que deje de deposito. Aun estoy a la espera.

The counter staff were not honest. Despite purchasing insurance, they insisted that I purchase additional insurance. The car was already damaged which was not recorded by them and upon return I was asked to pay excess. The staff at drop-off was also not helpful. Will not recommend.

Please make the Alamo a bit larger so the customer can see it easier. Now it's a bit hidden below the enterprise sign so it took me a minute to find out which is the stand. Everything else was excellent.

The toll free number said it was okay to pick up the car 30 mins earlier... But the folks at the counter didn't release the car a minute sooner than booking time.

Our booking was actually handled by the Enterprise desk but Hamid was really great. Got a free upgrade, there was no hard-selling of extra insurance and was given a full rundown of the vehicle condition and features. Honestly the best car rental experience I've had thus far.

Shared location with Enterprise, same service. A £200 deposit was taken when picking up the car and refunded upon return. It took around 30 hours to get the deposit back into my account. They only checked the tires and exterior when returning, even though it had rained and was a bit dirty, it didn't affect the inspection.

No problems, great service

Alamo really stood above previous experiences with other rental companies. They were quick and efficient and the value was outstanding. I will rent from them again at LGW without hesitation.

The car had low tire pressure and a weak car key battery, which required local repairs and wasted a day. Overall, the experience was just average.

Staff were VERY helpful and had excellent customer service. Sam's professionalism at the Alamo reception desk really stood out. Returning the car was easy and painless. Everything was sorted in about 5 minutes. We were in a hurry so it worked perfectly for us.

Was easy to book though only allowed us to book one insurance option online. We had to upgrade at Alamo. Liked that the website showed what mileage was included. A lot of websites don't show this so it was one of the reasons why We chose easyrentcars.
