Like: Comes highly recommended. We were upgraded to a brand new, bigger vehicle which was great. Very efficient and friendly staff. No problems at all and would definitely use again.

The whole experience was easy and quick. they made us feel very welcome. The car was excellent. I have never driven a corsa before and was pleasantly surprised. They infact went above and beyond as I stupidly left my phone in the car and Samantha came into the terminal and handed it to security so I could get it before my flight.

the car was good and fit to my family purpose

Car was not full of fuel on pick up, which it should have been. I returned it full. Mentioned this to staff when dropping off the car & was offered a free half tank of fuel, should I hire another car from them, which I do not know if I will ever need to.

No lines, but it took more than an hour to process my order, extremely inefficient. The car prepared for me was 1-2 categories smaller than what I booked, and our luggage couldn't fit in the trunk. Fortunately, after coordination with QEEQ, they agreed to change the car, but there were no larger cars available on-site. After waiting for more than an hour (the rental desk clerk kept making calls), they still couldn't find a suitable car. Eventually, I had no choice but to take a smaller BMW 320d, which caused us to have to put a suitcase in the back seat. This car is a diesel hybrid, extremely fuel-efficient, consuming less than 5 liters per 100 kilometers.

Still waiting the deposit back in my account for 300£. Also the GPS didnt work. Pls confirm money back asap. Thanks

Overall, the car rental company provided good service. They thoroughly explained the importance of purchasing insurance and related services to waive excess fees. However, after discussion, I informed them that I had already bought all necessary insurance from QEEQ.com, and they didn't push for additional sales. The company's parking lot is situated in a congestion charging zone in London, and the congestion charge is paid daily. If returning the car after office hours, you can leave the key at the designated spot.

Waited for a long time

Terrible service with no communication with foreign staff. Don't be fooled into using this platform.

The actual car received was an A180, which the staff insisted was of the same class. Quite unbelievable! Fortunately, we didn't have much luggage, so we could barely fit everything. Due to time constraints, we had to make do and hit the road.

1. The store did not provide the specified car model and did not offer a similar type; 2. They made me purchase full insurance without informing me, even though I had already bought supplemental insurance on Zuzuche. The rental company did not give a reasonable response after I raised a complaint; 3. Less than 200 kilometers after picking up the car, the antifreeze alarm went off. We had to wait for assistance, disrupting our trip and forcing us to book new hotels, making the four of us lose 4,000 RMB; 4. After 1,000 kilometers, the AdBlue warning light came on, making our journey stressful; 5. All complaints to the rental company received no effective responses, and they were unreasonable.

Kept asking for the rental contract, but still haven't received it. They said they would email it, but haven't.

Like: Quick, efficient and friendly service! When I dropped the car off they even offered to call me a taxi which was a lovely touch.

The staff at Alamo Car Rental were very friendly and the line was short, so we picked up the car quickly.

There were not many people, so we didn't have to queue. They gave a very detailed introduction to the vehicle and the service was good.

Katie at EMA was a gem, we arrived at midnight having given her our details over the phone. It was completely stress free and she was very polite. The only problem we had was finding the office. It is not marked Alamo but Enterprise. The girl when we dropped the car off was also friendly and polite - you have a good team there.
