The attitude was good, they even provided shuttle service, and the staff was very enthusiastic when returning the car.

The counter staff was terrible! Just trying to make us pay more, take insurance but not helpful and pleasant at all... a shame.

Not a Ford Modeo estate or equivalent ! Palmed off with an Opel Astra Estate

The counter service was a bit slow, but the efficiency at the pickup and drop-off locations was very high, and the staff was extremely enthusiastic and helpful with any issues. They did not push insurance aggressively at pickup, which made the experience very pleasant. They also conducted a joint inspection of the car at pick-up and proactively pointed out any hard-to-notice damages. I will likely choose this company again next time!

Counter staff where fine. Tried the usual sale of extra insurance which I didnt require. Explained everything I needed to know. Drop off was fine with key box as it was out of hours, however in hindsight I will try and use a 24 hr one in future. Not overly happy about having to top up AdBlue, this should be their expense. Was told I have 1500km but top up showed 600km. After returning home they have tried to claim i damaged one of the alloys on the vehicle. This damage was present when i collected the vehicle, and have video proof, still waiting to hear back from them.

Picked up and returned the car at Venice Airport. Although the counter is not large, both the pickup and return were smooth.

Two weeks after i returned the car i still waiting to my deposit refund.

This rental exceeded my expectations. I got a brand new car and he had me on the road in 5 mins. Service with a smile.

Booking platform the best I’ve had. I bought super protection for a great price! Everything was perfect!

Had to wait a long time to be seen at the pick up desk. And when the attendants appeared to be free, I still stood there, without acknowledgement, for at least 5’. Then I was told I needed extra insurance, which turned out to be double the original booking cost. However i was given an upgraded car which as a family we really enjoyed.
