Like: I was very happy with the car, the service and the staff. I would recommend this company and I will use them agai n in a few months.
Dislike: Location, tricky to get to you base.

Pickup and return were okay. However, when we had a flat tire and contacted the company, we were told we had to bear the tire responsibility ourselves. In fact, we had full coverage including tires and glass, so luckily we didn't pay out of pocket to fix the tire. Also, roadside assistance for changing the tire was free.

It's okay, everything went pretty smoothly.

Like: Travelled to tongariro and coromandel and northland no real complaints except slow on hills Neat looking car superb in the city

Like: Car was good size and clean.
Dislike: I mentionned the front tyre was deflated at time of pick up. The person told us to inflate it at a petrol station. It appeared there was a small puncture as after 2 days, the tyre was deflated again. Would have been bettter and less risky to repair or replace it when I flagged it.

The service was excellent. They provided a detailed introduction to the car's condition and recommended reasonable additional insurance. The process of borrowing and returning the car was also very quick. We were able to pick up the car immediately upon arrival without any delay. Overall, it was a very good car rental experience.

The service attitude was just average, and during my first return, I was required to have the entire car inspected.

Like: Maria is a true island professional. From her smile to her manner to knowing what needs to be done without making a problem of it. Her relaxed style makes time with your company pleasant. She listened to what I said and I did not need to repeat. The pricing for my car was all inclusive. Major appreciation for this. It is the first time I have had such a relaxed experience with a car company. Most you never know what you have or do not have and everything is a bit of a hassle or a concern or a "wondering what they are going to do". Thank you.
Dislike: There is a major disconnect with your wifi offering. It was not ready to go, It was not charged. it would not charge in the car, It would not get a signal that would allow use anywhere except in the office. We tried two units and both had the same problems. I ended up using mcdonalds which is not very professional.

Pretty good, although it's outside the airport, there are free shuttle buses available for transportation.

Like: Problems arose that were out of anyone's control. Fixed problem as prompt a manner they could to get us on our way.
Dislike: Nothing really was pretty professional.

Like: The shuttle drivers were quick and efficient. Friendly as well. Car was so nice and tidy and great value for money.

The car was in excellent condition, and both pick-up and drop-off were easy. Highly recommend the super insurance.

Like: Great non nonsense hire...no pushyness to get add-ons. No deposit. Easy easy.

Like: Efficient pick up from airport to office. Car late model in great condition. Easy, quick, real value for money.
Dislike: Both times I have rented the pick up has been at night, once in CHCH more recently AUCK. It has been near impossible on both occasions to check the vehicle. Lighting has been poor. On drop off in Auckland I parked the car, dropped the keys into office where they were busy. They took keys and asked had I filled the car. We got on the shuttle and were taken to the airport. on arrival at our destination I noticed I had a voice mail from AeroDrive stating the car was over due, where was it? I would have to pay an extra day, Police would need to be informed etc. I called and told them that the car was returned before the time required. They said there was some confusion in the office and left it at that. I was a little disappointed not to receive a communication later confirming they had located the car and apologising for their error.

Dislike: The process to get the car at Auckland Airport is horrendous. We'd never done it this way before and the service desk for all offsite hire car companies is disorganised and chaotic. One of the two telephones at the service desk goes straight to voicemail and so without a local mobile it's impossible to know how to pick up the car or get to the lot if you've never done it before. We wasted about an hour trying to figure it out. But once we had been picked up by Aerodrive our experience was great from there on.

Like: Value for money, great to drive, economical.
Dislike: Tolls not included in rental.
