Picked up the car at midnight, service was good. However, the oil light came on and they were out of spare oil, so we had to go to a gas station to add oil. Fortunately, we insisted that they come with us, and it took visits to two gas stations to find oil. Speaking English didn't work well in the German-speaking region. Schengen area at midnight, not easy.
The rental cost did not match the amount shown at drop-off, being about 30 euros higher. The actual charge was significantly higher than shown at drop-off, around 40 euros more, which was very disappointing.
The attitude was acceptable, but they forced me to upgrade the car model and charged extra. Showing the QEEQ order was useless. After I signed, the staff left the counter and ignored me. There was no queue that day; it was a free moment.
The wait time was quite long, you have to get a number first. There were a lot of additional charges. The app showed a cost of over 680 euros, but it ended up being over 1100 euros when picking up the car. It's been several days since I submitted a complaint to the rental company, but there has been no response.
The store at the east entrance of Munich train station had my car ready when I arrived. They didn't mention any additional insurance, and I just filled out the information and picked up the car. The rental cost over 290 euros, and a deposit of 300 euros was taken.
The staff at Europecar had a very poor attitude. Even though I provided all the necessary documents, they said my license translation wasn't stamped and refused to rent me a car. They also refused to communicate with the customer service of the booking platform.
Picked up the car in the morning when there were few people. The first car they gave us was a JEEP, and they said there were no other models available. The front window had a crack longer than 10cm, so they replaced it with another car which still had a small crack on the front window, but they assured us it was fine to drive.
First, the front desk staff were impatient and not friendly. Poor service.
Second, I asked for a car with more space at pickup and tried to communicate this several times, but the front desk refused. Another thumbs down.
Third, I reluctantly took the car. Upon inspection, I found a small dent on the rear bumper, took a photo, and informed the front desk staff who told me it was fine and didn't note it. When returning the car (which had no incidents during use), the staff blamed us for the dent. Even after showing the pickup photos, they ignored our explanation and recorded it as our fault. Thumbs down again.

Picked up the car at Munich Airport in Germany. The instructions differed slightly from what we found online, which was confusing. Asked at the information desk and then saw the signs. Took a number, waited in line, showed our documents, and were done very quickly.
There was no problem with the queue time. The main issue during the service was the insurance. Before departure, I had purchased full insurance on the Zuzuche website, but when I arrived at the local rental counter, I was informed it wasn't full insurance and had to pay over a hundred euros more. As tourists driving in a foreign country, we definitely choose to buy insurance, so I don't understand what the difference is between Zuzuche's full insurance and the car rental company's full insurance.
Overall, very punctual and the queuing time is reasonable. One thing to note is that if the scheduled time hasn't arrived, you're not allowed to pick up the car, so try to schedule earlier.
Like: Clean car, matched the size we had ordered although not the brand.
Easy to collect (after the long queue) and drop off at Munich railway station although you need to keep your eyes peeled to find the drop off garage. Dislike: We queued for nearly an hour at Munich airport to pick up the vehicle even with the ticket system. The ticket machine needs to be more obvious or at least a more obvious sign.
