The car pickup process was very unpleasant. The rental company staff was unwelcoming, and didn't show any effort to understand the address in Chinese Pinyin. He impatiently directed me to the garage, which was located in a public parking lot next to the Ritz-Carlton.

At the Vienna airport, the lady at the car rental counter was very friendly and patient with her explanations, which put me at ease. The car return was at a downtown location, and you can find a clearly marked garage entrance via navigation. Everything went smoothly.

The attitude was outrageously poor. I booked a Mercedes but they gave me a Hyundai, insisting it was the same class of car. When I argued, they said either take it or cancel the order and rent from another company. Ridiculous... After returning the car, I went to the office for a receipt. They promised to send it by email but never did.
