Pas de possibilité de prendre le véhicule plus tôt, j'ai donc attendu à l'aéroport, lorsque je me suis à nouveau présenté au comptoir, il y avait foule et un temps d'attente malgré les nombreux guichets. Pas une personne parlant français, la personne qui m'a reçu parlait très vite en Espagnol, m'a donné les formulaires en Anglais et était fort mécontente que je ne veuille pas de l'assurance d'environ 260 euros. Je n'ai pas eu d'indication pour savoir où je devais récupérer le véhicule. Très mauvaise expérience

Desk computer problem at pickup. Car was not checked for any issues. I was told that this was not necessary as I had paid for full and total insurance. Short delay on drop off. Car checker could not find odometer. Had to wait for his superior to say that all was well and I could go. Otherwise all was good.
Gold car are the worst company I’ve used. Having been going to the same destination for 30 years, I’ve never experienced any one as rude as Lorenzo at Goldcar. Despite informing him I already have insurance, he called me a liar and insisted I paid extra (which I didn’t of course). Avoid this company like the plague, they are just after your money. A good 1.5 hours of our holiday was wasted speaking to this rude little man.
Goldcar added extra 25 EUR for the airport fee even though I have bought all included voucher and they refused to read what was said in the voucher details, saying: "all have to pay that extra fee".
Car was spot on. Staff at the counter was friendly, helpful and quick. Car was a bit scratched but other than that it was good condition. Overall I'm very satisfield with the service :)

J'ai loué un véhicule du 7 au 14 juillet à Palma de Majorque.
Le jour de la prise en charge, on m'a fait payé un montant de 342,67 € en me précisant que ça allait m'être remboursé à la fin de la location. On ne m'a, à aucun moment, demandé si je voulais prendre une assurance complémentaire (j'avais déjà pris une assurance 0 franchise auprès de AXA via le site sur lequel j'ai loué la voiture Easyrentcars).
On m'a remboursé 117 € concernant le plein d'essence que j'ai fait au retour.
Mais on ne m'a pas remboursé le reste !
Je viens de contacter le service commercial (qui n'a de commercial que le nom) où on m'a expliqué que j'avais souscrit une assurance complémentaire !!!
C'est une honte d'imposer comme cela une assurance à un client sans même lui demander ou lui expliquer. Je l'aurais de suite déclinée dans la mesure où j'en possédais déjà une.
Ce sont des méthodes d'escrocs et je vous demande de me rembourser dans les meilleurs délais cette somme correspondante à cette assurance.
Je vous remercie de votre réponse rapide et positive sans quoi je lancerai une procédure et sans quoi je ne manquerai pas de signaler vos méthodes à travers les réseaux sociaux.

22€ de frais d'aéroport au moment du retrait de véhicule ! Ce n'était stipulé nulle part au moment de la réservation ! Ce n'est absolument pas tolérable !
The girl on the counter in Mallorca was absolutely unfriendly, was chewing gum while she was talking, told me that my credit card isnt working, so that i am broke and have no money. it was just a problem with my bank. she threw the credit card on the counter in front of all other people.
Found counter staff not polite very forceful with the sale of extra insurance to the point of bullying which considering we had paid the for the full insurance with Easyrentcars this treatment was not really needed. Booked a Fiesta size car they tried to make us take a fiat 500 (for 4 adults with cases). Not a nice company would not use them again. Hint for anyone else using them take photos of all marks on the car when you pick it up record them telling you that this scratch does not matter its not deep enough etc.

I collected a hire car from you at Malaga airport on the 5th August 2019.
Initially I felt the biting point of the car felt high. The car was then lightly driven to our apartment in Manilva and a
few time locally over the next 6 days. I estimate I covered 200km over flat
local roads and driving safely with my young family.
On the Sunday 11th around 9:30am, we drove as a family to Estepona and the
car was losing drive and appeared the clutch was failing. (Your mechanical
report will be able to provide technical diagnosis). I managed to get the
car very carefully and slowly into Estepona. I then immediately called
Goldcar customer services to inform them of the situation and they advised
me to drive to Malaga airport to replace the car as this was the only office
open on Sunday.
Just outside Estepona approaching the AP7, the car came to a complete halt
on the side of the road and was no longer drivable. On calling the breakdown
recovery service and reporting the issue, a tow truck came to collect me and
my young son. As you will appreciate, the hour wait for the tow truck in
plus 30 degree heat on the side of a dual carriage way, put my son and I at
considerable risk of harm. The car had to be winched onto the back of the
tow truck. We continued our journey to the Goldcar Garage next to the
airport and were able to collect our things from the car. We were then
driven back to the car collection point within the airport. By this time
about 3 hours have elapsed and we joined a queue which took a further 45
mins to be served.On reporting the issue, I would have expected a replacement car would have
be provided, as the original car had fallen short of the service we had paid
for i.e. being driveable. We would have also have expected an apology from
Goldcar for not proving a roadworthy car that we had paid for in good faith.
This was not to be the case
I'm a New Zealander, living in UK and I don't usually write reviews but I felt I must, this time.
Firstly, I booked and prepaid online using EasyRentCars which was very easy and I will definitely use them again. As for GoldCar, I will avoid them like the plague. Beware of their scare tactics to up-sell you insurance and roadside recovery at extortionate rates.
I had prepaid £110 for 10 days hire yet and, after going through the necessary paperwork, the representative proceeded to say I owed €349.00, €99 of which was for fuel deposit and service charge which was okay. The other €250 was for their insurance and roadside recovery that she tried to say I must have and cannot go without. I already had insurance and roadside recovery in place so I knew I didn't need this at all but, she wasn't having it.
After about 5 mins of an awkward back-n-forth she started saying "If you break down, no one will help you. If you have a flat, no one will help you, If you crash, no one will help you." To which I replied, "I think I'll manage and I'll be just fine." She then said I'd have to pay them €1100 right now and even if I get just a little scratch, I'll lose it all. This is actually a held payment and fully recoverable through your own insurance if you do have an accident so again I said not to worry about me and I'll be okay.
By now, she was not happy. I think they must get commission for peddling the insurance because it really seemed to annoy her that I was ok. She even went on to circle the insurance/roadside recovery help line number and then said "But, you cannot call this number because, no one will help you." Absolutely disgusting use of scare mongering and I bet they trap a lot of people who a) don't have their own insurance in place, b) don't realise you don't need theirs as well or c) Don't have a credit card with €1100 on it to cover the held deposit.

Was told there were no petrol cars available and I would have to pay en extra €70 for a diesel (despite later reading in their own T&C's that there should be no charge in this case). Fortunately while I argued a petrol car was found.
Staff didn’t have a clue about several things. Couldn’t find a car for us, couldn’t explain the requirement for all the additional charges, had to change the car so had to wait longer, car was battered. Charged us a diesel tax fee but gave us a petrol car! Awful

I have used Goldcar on numerous occasions and I have been very please with the product. Unfortunately on this occasion the outside of the car was dreadfully dirty and covered in bird-dirt. We were offered an exchange car but declined as we were keen to just get on with our holiday after a late arrival, 21:15hrs
