poor condition of the car and provide the different car show in picture(Hyudai Kona was show in picture )。Different level of the car The car was old (Mitsubitsu ASX )and it use a lot of gas。Car power poor。although we are late to return car，but the staff do not remind us the closing time of the drop-off location ，we drive to there, was closed, the hotline is busy, finally we need drive to city drop-off location to return the car，Yes，I know it is my false, but if the staff remind us the closing time, we can save more time.

The Jucy staff were friendly and helpful in organising to get the car after hours (due to delay at the airport). Pickup was really efficient. There were 2 downsides: (1) the car itself: it was a bit old and the air-conditioning didn't work. (2) the after hours drop off and keybox location wasn't clear.

Booking was a breeze. I needed some extra insurance and this was provided seamlessly by QEEQ. I later had to get some clarification on the insurance and this was provided by swiftly and efficiently QEEQ. Ten-out-of-ten!

Don’t like the way the price goes up every time you visit site

Terrible experience, car was extremely dated with over 140,000kms on it. Panels looses, car drove terribly and had a constant tick. When I arrived constant expectations that I pay more and put more money on hold. All in all the car was a piece of sh#t that wouldn’t be worth more than $2000. Staff not helpful and will never use Jucy again.

We had to organise our own movements from the airport to the Jucy pickup point as there was no room in the transfer vehicle?. Excuses were made but we spoke to another worker who suggested they are just lazy!. That, I believe.

Car was beaten up with lots of scratches and dents. Depot was a long way from airport and the shuttle's timing wasn't good, ie a lot of flights are quite early but the service doesn't start until around 8.30-9 I think

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we got picked up from the airport and how much quicker when dropping off. Their staff were friendly and very helpful. A great service all round.

Excellent booking platform. Plenty of savings and love the Price Protector feature. Will definitely book again for my next trip.

The customer service from Faasala Siofele at Jucys was so helpful & so accommodating to my every need,it was excellent to have a staff member listen to what vehicle would suit me best for what I had planned for my stay in Sydney. Mud flaps in bad condition. One came loose while travelling at 100km. Headlights poor brightness at night and hard to see.

Unfortunately we had terrible experience with Jucy. It was the only car rental company available , as everything else was fully booked . The car we were given was in horrible condition , very hard to drive. They charged us over $600 for 3 days and most of our last day we spent on one spot unable to start the car. The service provided when your car breakdown was the worse we ever experienced . We we holding on line for 30 min. Then we were told to stay by our car that someone is going to call back.. an hour later still no one called .. so we kept trying to call all different people , even an Jucy shuttle driver , after 2 hours we finally got on hold someone and AAA repair service was organized. .. no one showed up for an hour. Luckily the car "magically" started again otherwise we would be still stuck there now. We drove it straight to the office because we we worried to stop , that it wouldnt start again. The worse thing is that they washed it and put it back for rent. I really feel sorry for who ever gets the same car.
