The car was overall ok, had some external body defects and some tape pasted on bumpers. The child seat was not provided at the pick up by Snap even though it was booked initially in the booking. Snap then gave a child seat which was very dirty and in very bad condition.

The process was quite simple. You just need to answer some traffic regulation questions. Otherwise, nothing special.

Great service and great car - no issues at all. At drop off location, they even used their shuttle bus to drop me somewhere other than the airport (not a big detour though) - nice touch.

The car was so so good, worthe the money. The qeeq customer service is really not too helpful, would rather they give me the contact info of dollar shop directly and contact them directly right after booking.

Prices were lower than alternative but still a lot for such an old and banged up vehicle

Car was received in excellent condition , it was neat and tidy, smooth pick up experience as well. Special mention for Ryan in Christchurch who was fantastic, very responsive and resolved queries related to Auckland in addition to the ones in Christchurch . Absolutely wonderful person to deal with. He waited patiently at airport as well as it took us a little longer than anticipated with the family to reach the shuttle pick up point . 5 star service.

Picking up the car outside of working hours is more convenient.

The mileage is a bit high, over 130,000 kilometers, but the car is in good condition. It's very fuel-efficient, and a full tank can go around 1000 kilometers.

Got a RAV4 with only 4993 kilometers on it, practically a new car.

It was a very quick and easy process picking up and dropping off the car. The car was very handy to have in our travels around Christchurch and in great condition. Staff were very helpful and friendly to deal with.

The efficiency is too low, it took more than half an hour to pick up a car.

There was no one at the front desk, and calling only led to voicemail. We waited for an hour and still no one showed up. Finally, the staff were located with the help of the customer service from the rental company.

It was too slow, only one staff member, and I had to wait in line for 2 whole hours! The efficiency was really low. They gave me three cars, all of which were compact cars, not mid-size SUVs like the Pajero Sport.
