The service was excellent, no insurance upselling, the paperwork was processed quickly, and adding an additional driver was free of charge. There were about ten brand new SUVs in the large parking lot to choose from. The staff said the keys were in the cars, so you could just drive away with whichever one you liked.

The car pickup process requires minimal paperwork, just a translated document, and it's better to print it out. My advice is to buy full insurance on QEEQ and say 'No' to any additional offers at the store to avoid hassles with deductions.
The Refill gas service is automatically added, so pay attention to that. Also, it's really frustrating that we couldn't reach the staff at the store by phone. We ended up modifying the order through their Twitter customer service, which was quite a new experience.
