Maliciously increased charges

The black employee made a mistake and created two orders for me. It took a long time to resolve. What a hassle.

Strangely, Budget had removed the overcast from the car which meant extra care had to be taken not to get the fixed carpeting dirty.

We encountered a very rude store service employee who had a terrible attitude. He clearly had cars available but refused to rent one to us, making us wait for an hour until another supervisor-like person came to assist us. During this time, we could hear him mumbling about wanting Thanksgiving off.

Check-in was very quick

They didn't have an economy car available when I arrived and they charged me an additional expense of over $80+ just to drive off. They wouldn't let me have a vehicle without payment. I was very disappointed in this process.

The pickup instructions were unclear, the BUS had changed routes without updates, and even though we were notified in advance and arrived before closing time, the process was fully self-service with no staff on site. The car was old with poor condition, the key battery was dead, and the car had scratches and dents.

I didn't use this reservation at all! I booked the wrong date, starting on the 31st, so I made a new reservation and canceled this one! Canceled, got it? One driver's license, one person, renting two cars at the same time?

There were too many people. It took four hours to get the car, which was quite dirty and smelled strongly of smoke.

It would be best to have Chinese service.

The car wasn't the specific one I ordered. I had to wait for it to be washed, around The wipers were old and didn't wipe away the water well. The worst part was that I was told the best way to pick up the car on your app and on the email I received (which was option 1) was to get an Uber to the pick-up location and I would be reimbursed once I got to the office. Uber charged me $75 even though once I was dropped off realized it was only about a mile away. I told the office how much the Uber was and they then informed me that they only reimburse up to $15. That information is nowhere to be found and I was upset that now I had spend a further $60.
