Get a horrible woman on first met who just want to finish her day and wanted to go home. She tried to quickly dine out reservation by giving us a Beetles over a Ford Mustang. We had to insist a lot to get a Ford Mustand. Plus, she pushed to sell us a additional insurance that we don t needed

Could not reach customer service at all. My wife couldn’t find the return address. We contacted them in advance as required, but they didn’t respond on WeChat. They did answer the phone but we still couldn’t find their staff, which caused a 30-minute delay and almost made us miss our flight. We understand the challenges of running a small business and the difficulty of finding parking, but if they continuously fail to provide good service and don’t respond to customer WeChat messages, how can they sustain their business? Imagine if a customer had a problem with the car on the road and couldn't reach them; wouldn't that be a huge issue?

Waited a long time to be served at collection and then the oil light was on the car! Had to swap the car for another one and it was still very dirty and had a lot of marks and dinks on. This was a convertible, premium car! Drop off signs would be helpful (at Aria, Las Vegas) as took a while to find the office to drop off keys. We were told needed to refuel nearby and take receipt but guy said not necessary. Not a great experience.

30min wait for shuttle, they bullied me to buy more insurance and then they refused to rent to us because my licensed was Australian and passport was US...despite showing them my Australian residency visa...never had problem with any other agencies.

The process was quite fast even though the customer service staff were chatting, it didn't take long. I chose a Ford but got a Nissan, which was new and easy to drive. When returning the car, the person at the lot intentionally made things difficult by saying my order was closed by someone else. When I went inside, they said it wasn't closed and sent me back out to ask him. This back-and-forth happened three times until someone inside came out to help me and I finally got a number to complete the return process. The lady inside firmly said the order was fine, and only then did the man, with a cunning look, write down the number. I was already in a rush to catch a flight, and this made my experience quite bad! If none of these issues had occurred, it would have been great!

When I got to the location, they told me there were no cars available! We had to spend over an hour standing at the store entrance with four suitcases while talking to customer service, eventually being told to pick up the car at another location. This wasted almost our entire afternoon and completely disrupted our travel plans. Do you know how much time we lost after coming all this way? Are you going to compensate us $150 for the time cost, the additional rental fee for changing the pickup location, and the taxi fare? I don't think so! How long are we expected to wait?

Picking up the car was very convenient, but even though I arrived in Los Angeles very early, I still had to return it early the next day. It would be more considerate if there was a 1-2 hour grace period. Also, I was charged an extra $7 after returning the car for some unknown reason.

“E Z Car Rental is a fraud”

The pick up shuttle never showed up. We finally took another shuttle to get to the car rental area. After we got there, they were telling us that the car insurance that we had bought through Easycarrentsl.com was not good and we should buy their insurance. After a. Loy of haste, we conveniences them that between our insurance, credit card and $10/day insurance that we had bought through the rental website we thought we were covered and we didn’t need to buy a fourth insurance for the car. Extremely disappointing experience. Won’t recommend them at all. And they should be investigated for trying to defraud the customers.

Thrifty need to pull back on pushing ridiculous insurance cover policies. It took a lot of repeated questioning to get them to move from an $80/day fee down to a more reasonable liability cover. It was clear they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes and stress me into an expensive policy. That's not cool.
