They don't have early morning hours. I dropped the car off at 7 am (which isn't that early), but they don't apparently open until 9 am on Sunday. So I left the car parked in front of the door and put the keys in their drop box. I then needed to hire an Uber to take me to the airport. Which needless to say is very inconvenient. On Tuesday I get a call asking where the car is as it was supposed to be dropped off on Sunday. They also tried to charged my credit card even though they had the vehicle. Apparently, no one checked their drop box. Nor did they recognize their vehicle. Will not use this outfit again.

Para arrendar no estaba en linea la opción con neumáticos para nieve (muy importante en Calgary) en invierno).Eso hizo demorar y no conocer el costo con anticipación. Al coche también faltaba la opción calienta volante.

Dear Avis company, Everything was good from your side, however I booked Sedan Car or Similar but Avis gave me Hatchback car or similar, In Hatchback car rate are cheaper. Kindly Issue me some refund

There was no Toyota CHR at the pickup location, so I got a large SUV, a Ford Explorer. It was two levels higher than expected! Great surprise!

Thé car i received exceeded my expectations. We were so pleased with the service, the car. We felt safe all the way from pick up to drop off.

Pretty good. The Durango is relatively new, having only run about 4000 kilometers. It's likely mostly rented by tourists going to the national park.

This is a scam company. They force you to buy insurance without informing you. Do not choose this company. This is the first time I encountered such an issue after renting cars numerous times in the US, Canada, and abroad. The final bill was higher than the online estimate because they claimed I bought extra insurance, which I never did. When I picked up the car, they just handed me the keys and the contract, asked me to sign, and never mentioned anything about insurance. The whole process took one minute. In my previous rentals, if they wanted to upsell insurance, they would at least ask me. This time, they didn’t say anything, just had me sign the contract, then the Indian guy made a few marks on the contract, but the copy I received was blank, I remember clearly. This is practically daylight robbery.

I was truly disappointed that at time of drop off Thrifty refused to provide a local ride to my work (less than 3 km), even though it is indicated they provide pickup and drop off rides to their customers at their website. The staff simply indicated that they are busy and cannot provide rides at time of drop off! I had to hire a taxi for $15.. Also, instead of a pre authorization for a deposit, Thrifty had already charged me $350 for a deposit which I have not yet received back post 4 day.

Receiving my deposit within 1-2 months is totally not acceptable!

The car broken After one day Slide door not close ,I and my babies freezing with -5 C temperature ,i got exchange as well as the new car i got problem with slide door . It is very tired when you have baby with baby chair and one slide door not open Chrysler grand caravan
