Bad organization at counter desk. More than 1h30 To get the vehicle

Easy to use, easy to access

1. Forced additional charges for insurance at the site, no car provided if not accepted; 2. No response from customer service when calling; 3. Post-travel coordination with the rental platform was unhelpful, issues were passed on to the rental company, claiming lack of on-site evidence. Are we supposed to take photos or videos of foreign staff? 4. Extremely slow response, took three months to get a dismissive reply, stating the issue couldn't be resolved.

The counter staff service was pretty good.

The Display of the car restarted again and again, so the navi could not be used as expected. (enter goal-location again and again).

We booked a Toyota Camry or similar, but ended up with a small Nissan (Kicks) when we picked up the car. We had a lot of luggage and had to force everything into the trunk, which was very difficult and frustrating. When returning the car, we also had a very unpleasant experience. The rental company staff saw that the fuel tank wasn't full (I refilled it but used some while driving from the hotel to the airport) and charged us an unreasonable fee for the missing fuel. They recorded the charge in their system without my explicit consent. My wife tried to discuss it with them but was told to be quiet because she wasn't the primary renter. The whole process made us feel like we were being scammed. We disagreed with their handling of the situation and were in a standoff for a while. Then the staff member called security and demanded that we remove our luggage and clear the car. We were extremely dissatisfied with the staff member's attitude and handling of the situation.

Super friendly staff and very easy to find the car in the car park. Need to find the drop off key box - not very clearly marked. Overall good.

I got an up grade to Chevrolet malibu.

Nous avons attendu 3 heures au Guichet pour obtenir le véhicule. Le personnel méchant et sans scrupule. Je n’ai jamais vécu un service si déplorable. Le véhicule attribué était endommagé dans la carrosserie.
