Very happy with the vehicle. Staff were helpful and accommodating. However, we did have a few issues: 1. We were kept waiting a long time for our vehicle, even whilst other customers who came to pick up their vehicle after us were given theirs. 2. Despite insisting on a 4x4 and having been assured, both pre and post rental, that we would be supplied a 4x4, we were almost not given one. Had I not insisted at the time of pickup, our vehicle would have been given to another customer. (It was the last vehicle but one and I heard customer services offer it to another customer before I pointed out to them that I had insisted on a 4x4 and that had been agreed). 3. The QEEQ deal included a free tank of fuel. This caused issues both at pick up and drop off. When I raised it with them, staff at pickup did not appear to be aware of this and did not know how to mark it on the reservation . Staff at drop off therefore initially tried to charge me a tank of fuel, which caused a delay on drop off.

When I arrived 30 minutes early to pick up my car, the first staff member told me to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned after 15 minutes, another staff member told me to wait another 15 minutes. This was really frustrating.

Car was very good. Spacious and easy to drive. The rental location itself in Toronto airport was hard to find. We spent almost 30 mins trying to find the right location. Drop off was relatively easy.

Easy to use app and booking is quite simplified. Customer service is also prompt and give quick resolutions.

This was the first stop of the trip, everything went smoothly. However, the rental on the 28th was very unpleasant! The agent couldn't understand my Chinese driver's license and insisted that the Valid Period: 2022.3 to indefinite meant it had expired. They refused to rent the car to me, almost causing me to sleep in the airport.

My experience at Routes is always stellar. Terrific customer service, efficient and friendly. The mystery vehicle was awesome! I highly recommend Routes Rental.

I am new to Qeeq.com. Customer Service is very helpful and friendly. Other than the ap giving me a bit of a challenge, I am very happy with this new Rental experience. I am a diamond member now and have gotten amazing deals! I have a few more upcoming rentals and am looking forward to all of them.

Overall very satisfied. Just cross the road after exiting the airport to reach the car rental company. No waiting in line, just provide the reservation information, get a brief explanation, and take the keys.
