The pick-up and drop-off were easy, and the car was in good condition. However, they didn't accept AXA insurance and sold me their insurance, saying, "My car, my insurance" I asked QEEQ to cancel AXA insurance, and they did it. The pick-up and drop-off points are outside the airport, and they pick you up from the airport. I recommend them in total.

It was great as I faced with a counter insurance and asked QEEQ to cancel the AXA insurance. They did it smoothly without any issues.

This was my first time using this company. No need for a credit card hold, which was very convenient. The car had automatic toll payment equipment, so I could just settle the fees at the company upon return. Extremely efficient.

On the day of pickup, the staff were enthusiastic and professional. They patiently explained the vehicle's operating details and local traffic rules, which made me feel very reassured. The car was in excellent condition, clean and tidy inside, without a flaw. The seats were comfortable, and the driving experience was fantastic.

Very bad. The staff were inefficient and communication was slow. The pickup location is not near the airport, and no one was holding a sign at the airport to wait for us. In the over thirty degrees weather, I spent more than half an hour looking for the person and the store. After giving feedback to customer service, they called the car rental company to pick us up. As soon as we got in the car, they drove around and then said they needed to pick up another renter too. They left me in the car without air conditioning to wait! When we finally got to the car rental place, the whole process of picking up the car took almost an hour and a half. Extremely inefficient.

The rental was supposed to be a Mercedes, but we were given a Fiat 9-seater. We only had 5 people, and this car would roll unexpectedly. The windows often malfunctioned, and the engine frequently had issues. The screen wouldn't display, the air conditioning didn't work, and the car was very old. There were no alternative models available.

Very satisfied, but the return location at Izmir Adnan Airport is extremely difficult to find!

When I picked up the car from the rental company, it only had enough fuel for 65 kilometers. When I returned it, it still had enough fuel for 500 kilometers, but they didn't offer any refund for the extra fuel like before.

Excellent rental company, clear process, enthusiastic service, and they even provided a shuttle to the airport after returning the car in Antalya.
