Small cars were not available so I was offered a bigger car with no extra cost. Super helpful and friendly staff who do not mind talking through the whole car with you.

The selection of cars in their premium is getting very shallow and not very good. The price when you want extend my 2 days was more than the price I paid for the 7 days.

Very stupid process of having to send your rental agreement to you after my rental period has finished. I have paid you for the hire, then after I have returned the car you want me to send you my invoice to give me points I have earned by already spending the money. Utterly ridiculous from your company, you were better last year, this year becoming a joke.

The fact that you have not updated your website concerning the new location of Alamo/Enterprise made me lose a lot of time, energy and patience. Would you kindly take the time to indicate the new car rental location at Bristol airport so that other customers do not get caught out by your out-of-date indications.

QEEQ said the chance is slim! Additionally, two fees were deducted for the car damage, and I haven’t recovered the extra amount yet!! Please ask QEEQ to help contact the car rental company, their efficiency is astonishingly slow!

Although we bought comprehensive insurance from Zuzuche that includes roadside assistance, they later refused to cover it. It was very frustrating as they only offered a 200 RMB compensation. We refused to settle and will definitely file a complaint against Zuzuche for deceptive practices. Others who face similar issues should also stand up and not tolerate non-compensation. Be cautious if you consider buying their full insurance, as they won't cover road assistance when needed. Road assistance abroad is very expensive. Why did I buy the full insurance in the first place?

The car rental service on the website indicated that vehicles could be rented if you were 25 years old or older, but the rental company refused. At the rental office, the vehicle was downgraded. However, the deposit was refunded quickly.

Was excellent service did try to swap car out for a smaller one once kids flew back to USA with Cruz but unable to otherwise was fine
