When picking up the car, I found that the car I reserved was not available. Initially, they wanted to give me a lower-tier vehicle without offering a refund, but eventually, we agreed on a Volkswagen minivan. The staff's English was very poor, making communication difficult. The day after picking up the car, an unauthorized charge of several hundred dollars was made to my credit card, which I have disputed through my credit card company. I've used AVIS frequently in the past, but I strongly advise against renting from this company in Kaysersberg.

At first, they gave me a very small Nissan. When I asked why it wasn't the one I booked, they said it was a mistake. After returning the car, I was inexplicably charged an extra 200. The car rental company didn't reply to my WeChat messages. Not very satisfied!

The car was in excellent condition! It had Bluetooth and plenty of space, fitting two large suitcases and two small ones in the trunk.

The pickup and drop-off process were very convenient. The car was new and very clean. However, fuel in Turkey is quite expensive.

They change tactics during the paperwork process to make you buy additional things.

Arrived at the airport at 10:30 PM. One staff member was at the counter, and two were in the parking lot. Overall service was decent, neither enthusiastic nor rude. The car model was not as booked—we reserved a Volvo but got a Peugeot. The staff explained that they haven’t had that model of Volvo recently and were unsure how the platform handled the communication.

They patiently answered all our questions.

The young lady at the pickup point (garage) was very courteous, patient, and answered all our questions (despite her limited English). The staff at the drop-off point were also very helpful. Initially, we didn't know where to return the car, but the lady at the airport terminal personally escorted us to the return point and handed us over to the on-duty staff.

We were probably the last customers at the Dalaman Airport Avis store. When we arrived at the counter, the staff immediately asked if it was us.

The rental office at Antalya airport is easy to find, and the pickup location is not far. When picking up the car, make sure to carefully inspect for scratches and take photos. This is very important because if you don't have pictures of existing damage, it could cause trouble when returning the car.

The staff were very patient and friendly. When we returned the car, the drop-off location was already closed, but they waited an extra 15 minutes for us after a phone call.

Quick pickup process, offered insurance but didn't buy it, staff continued with the procedure swiftly. Since it was New Year's Day, possibly off-season, got an upgrade to a Mercedes. The car was very new. The only downside is that half of the deposit was refunded to my credit card upon return, and after more than two months, the rest of the deposit hasn't been refunded, and post-sale service has been ineffective.

Staffs were so bad. Evenn rejecting my reservation. Has no car, lets us wait for the car. Got an unacceptable problem.

Live chat and chstomer service are so good. They followed and tried to solve my problem.

One of the counter staff was terrible. Pretty bad service, waited for two hours to get the cars. Deliberately used the broken credit card machine for my payment, whice another staff came and changed to the normal one. Then we can finish the deposit process.
