Car was fine. Insurance situation was very dodgy. I was given very different prices for insurance each time I rented.

Nous avons été contraints de prendre une assurance complémentaire forcée ( tout comme un autre couple ) . C est de la vente abusive . Nous avons tenté de refuser : il nous répondu :" tanpis pour vous j annule donc la réservation et vous perdez votre argent !!" Voilà ce que l agent nous a dit ! Honteux !!!!! Pas de lumière sur le parking . La personne nous donnant la voiture a refusé de faire le tour de la voiture .

First car I was allocated, had many dints and scrapes, none of which were marked on the hire contract. Had to return back to the office where they changed the car. Was shocked to be charged for a tan of fuel when collecting the car on a full-to full-agreement . I am waiting for confirmation I have received a full refund without any handling charges.

The Sat Nav. of the car we were originally given did not work we had to wait a further half an hour for another car. The car we were eventually given was an upgrade from that booked. I was not aware of the additional cost for a driver of 75 years. This made the whole booking rather very expensive.

I would use this service again. They were informative and helpful.

It's a scam, they claimed I needed to pay an additional 250 euros in insurance because I had an American drivers license. Claimed by CC wouldn't cover it blah blah. If you look at their google reviews, many customers are hit with the same scam. So I cancelled the booking on the spot and got a car without issue from Sixt.

Pickup was way to long. Waited almost an hour if not more to get my car. Needs to be quicker.

Very friendly staff, car was in a very good condition. Waiting time could have been a bit shorter but overall experience was good.

Easy to find the car, clear information of what is included and the price. I love the car price tracker.

Je ne recommande pas, décevant à 100% !!!! On a pas eu de Ford fiesta mais une nissan sans explication. C’etait écrit aéroport et ce n’est pas le cas, il faut prendre une navette !!! On a payé une caution astronomique que l’on va nous rendre sous 20 à 30 jours !!!!!! Insupportable L’accueil nul de chez nul

Counter assistance tried to charge a further £250 for insurance insisting I was not covered and then would not let me take the car without charging a further £30 for it being a diesel?

It was easy but then I was hit with hidden charges on pick up

Car booked wasn’t available, had choice of a Vauxhall Cora’s or Alfa Romeo... Cora’s was too small so had to pay an additional 9 euro per day for a vehicle adequate for the luggage.. Also informed that I was not covered for vehicle damage... constantly trying to make me purchase additional insurance ( over 40 minutes arguing this alone shocking)

Car was fine although 2 scratches on rear wheel arches not reported prior to hire. The time duration for picking up the cars is poor and customer care is not a focus. The main focus is to pressurise the hirer to take out additional insurances.

The process for booking is easy. No complaints at all.

Almost unpossible to find car. No phone support

We booked with Rhodium to avoid Goldcar following a poor previous experience despite it being £30 more than Goldcar. On arrival we discovered they are in fact the same company and had to wait over 2 hours to pick up the car at Bordeaux airport. This is apparently ‘normal’ for this company. The customer service when we went to pick up the car and found the car was covered in a sticky substance was extremely rude. We also had to wait 45 minutes in the heat to drop off the car on return. I will never use this company again.

Pick up is not at the airport. Took us half an hour to find the pick up location by asking other companies about this one. By chance, on company was kind enough to call Rhodium to pick us up. Car was not the same we booked. The car was ok to drive but with some pucks.

Bonjour Le loueur a prétexté que notre carte bancaire (Mastercard World Élite), celle avec laquelle nous avons effectué la réservation et le paiement initial, n’était pas adaptée pour la franchise du véhicule. Il nous a demandé de payer 444,90€ pour lever la franchise sur l’ensemble de notre séjour. Cette anergie s’est appliquée à l’ensemble des personnes venues récupérer leur véhicule ce jour là. Nous avons été pris en hold-up et obligé de payer cette somme pour ne pas nous retrouver sans véhicule pendant notre séjour. La période étant de forte affluence il n’y avait pas d’autre véhicule de libre auprès de la concurrence. L’année précédente nous avions loué en passant par EuropCar sans avoir cette mésaventure. Nous comptons ouvrir une réclamation auprès de vos services pour nous plaindre de cette situation.
