I had some difficulty in finding the service desk as I'd understood it was in the terminal building but it was actually located opposite the terminal building. There were 2 people in front of me but one took a long time as they were booking from scratch I think. Once I was seen the service was good and bringing the car back was a breeze. Great little car in great condition.

This is a scam car rental company. They claimed the model we reserved was not available and offered a free upgrade, but ended up charging us over three hundred euros for the upgrade and other fees. In the dead of winter, they didn't provide snow chains, causing the car to get stuck in the snow for a day and a night. When we called, they either ignored us, disappeared, or passed the buck. After we filed a complaint, it took one or two months to get a reply, and they completely shirked their responsibilities without providing any required documentation. Do not rent a car from them!

Low efficiency and poor English proficiency. The main issue was that the staff used both soft and hard tactics, even resorting to threats and deception, to forcefully sell their own insurance products. When we got to the pickup desk we were told that the car type we booked was not available and were offered a Fiat 500 as a substitute which was no good as I needed space for my wheelchair which is why we had booked the car type in the first place we were charged additionally for a Dacia Duster.

Good , when mistake corrected

The petrol gauge dropped incredibly quickly form "full" to one bar down throughout our trip. This meant that although we filled up with petrol 4 mins from the airport as we arrived at the airport drop off, the petrol guage dropped and we were charged 26 euros which was v expensive, particularly in the context of the overall price of the rental

Despite repeatedly confirming at pickup that I had already purchased insurance and did not need any additional coverage, I was still charged 100 euros for so-called insurance when I returned the car. After multiple phone calls, I still haven't received a satisfactory answer. The refund process is still under verification, and I haven't received the refund yet!
