The staff added a fee to the bill without informing us and without our consent! Later, they denied it and didn't respond to our communication. Terrible service, do not choose them!

The staff is very responsible, but be prepared for last-minute changes to your selected vehicle, especially in small towns. Small scratches can be reported and handled at the return location.

Got upgraded to a more expensive vehicle. budget representative was very helpful and informative.

The car broke down, and replacing it was mostly my own effort. Customer service was useless.

Unexpected charges of over 280 euros appeared, and I wasn't informed of the amount until after it was charged to my card. I filed a complaint months ago and still haven't received a response.

On the second day of the rental, the car's battery had issues. We went directly to the counter by taxi. The staff there were very indifferent, gave us a phone number, and told us to deal with it ourselves without offering any further assistance. This kind of situation is unlikely to happen in our home country.

Unjustified charges without any evidence.

We were upgraded by chance which was great and meant we had a satnav built in. Staff were extremely friendly at Lille Europe and didn't push for us to take their insurance as we had our own. Car in great condition and very helpful staff.

Like: excellent vehicle, superb value. would have cost 2-3 times more on any other site!
Dislike: as a chinese site, they had incomplete and incorrect details for the pick up point. it took a full day of calls,searching and queries to actually find the location for pick up. the address was a train track number (in french). location city itself was wrong. nothing could be worse and had we not started one day ahead of the pick up date, it would have destroyed xmas holiday plans.
